i agree w. UMlaw. if you don’t want to face police brutality don’t break the law. Why was he in handcuffs in the first place? This whole situation coulda been avoided.

He should have been at home taking care of his daughter instead of “thuggin” in the streets! There I said it.

Heart felt condolences to the Family and Friends of the victim.
It’s more than some of us, can even dream about handling.
It’s loss, at a massive proportion. loss of a son,brother,friend and a father.
Loss of the all important, Life! The endless possibilities, the countless
hopes and dreams of a family are at stake, when one just one of them
is killed,MURDERED,slain for no possible other reason than race.
I hope this family stands strong, in their faith,in God Almighty.
Cuz as he is our witness, THIS WILL NOT BREAK THEM. “LET VENGANCE
BE MINE”.HE SAYS. So with the strength of God, bring forth a plague of
suffering and sickness, to those that have wronged you.

You know Booker T you should never Judge because you never know how you could be killed or maybe shot by just walking down the street. Stupid it was New Years Eve he was a young man he should be able to stand where ever he wants with out being shot in the back by a unskilled prejudice pig. You might be the %~** sucker who did this to this young man.

I am upset, angry, and outraged just like most of you. I have a few questions, if this was an accident like the police is claiming, why wasn’t there an immediate rush to seek medical attention. From what I saw on the video, they just kicked him over and acted as if he was a threat to them. My next question is where are our black leaders and celebrities and how come they haven’t responded. Where are the young superstars like LeBron, Kobe, and Carmello ? This could have been any one of them. Muhaamad Ali would have spoken up. I wish there was something I could do. I believe the officer who fired the shot should be in jail right now, whether it was an accident or not, it is still a crime. The rest of them should be arrested as well because they didn’t do anything about it. I am so sad about this and it really, really hurts. We did not know this young man, but I cried, my girl cried, and my daughter cried for him. I feel as if I have been punched in the face by someone and not being allowed to do anything about it. I think that our leaders and celebrities should step up and speak out against things like this and stop allowing the fact that they have an endorsement ($$$) keep them from speaking out, in fact, I would rather support that athlete who stands up and speaks about the things that we go through (injustices), than the one who doesn’t speak out.

I told everybody around me, as soon as the Supreme Court acquitted those cops for murdering Sean Bell, they basically made it legal for all cops to murder innocent Black men! I knew it would only get worse from there on. It hurts and makes me so angry to realize that our lives are worth so little to these savages!

Why is this cold blooded murderer not charged with civil rights violation in a Federal court that would mean that he will serve some real time in a pen? In state court, he may get away with serving very little.

This needs to stop. That’s a Dam shame, now those cops deserve the same treatment. Someone need to put them in hand cuffs and shot them. We stand on the break of coming into the dreams of the black men who frought and gave thier lives for black people just to be treating like a human being, electing the 1st black president……and for something like to this to happen its makes me question as anything changed…. Just watching the video of the event its heart breaking it brought tears to my eyes, I mean this cop had no respect for anyone life , and he should send the rest of his life behind bars for that…

What people are not asking is what did this person do to put himself in this position? Was the officers right for shooting this guy……NO. In my case the police have never put hand cuffs on me and threw me to the ground unless i did something to put myself in that position. People need to stop crying racism. Its getting old.
