D.A. Ponders Charges Against Killer Cop

As prosecutors in Oakland, Calif., ponder whether to file criminal charges against the 27-year-old White transit cop who shot to death a handcuffed young Black man on New Year’s Day, officials for the agency that employed the officer say they’re perturbed by his attitude. “Nobody’s been able to talk to [Johannes Mehserle],” Linton Johnson, a spokesman for the Bay Area Rapid Transit, said of the BART officer who fired the fatal shot. “We’ve been trying aggressively to get him to come in, but he hasn’t. Ima keep it short & sweet…they should light his ass the fuk up thru the electric chair…this is definitely a racial issue…& everyone knows if the roles were reversed, and it was a black cop who killed a white teen….there would be nothing to “ponder.”

As for the racist police officer who brutally murdered this unarmed BLACK MAN, the only solution for Black People in dealing with racist police officers is to purchase guns, & remember Ice-T’s song “Cop Killer”, & DEAL WITH THESE RACIST COPS. Black People need to remember that Rodney King’s vicious beating at the hands of the racist L.A.P.D. was video taped, & the racist judicial system of amerikkka found those racist devils NOT GUILTY. In addition, the racist judicial system of new york city found the racist devil police officers NOT GUILTY in the cold-blooded murders of Amadou Diallo,Anthony Baez,Eleanor Bumphurs,Michael Stewart, & most recently Sean Bell, so don’t be surprised when the racist judicial system(white people)find this racist spawn of satan who brutally murdered Oscar Grant(on video tape), NOT GUILTY. The only good police officer is a DEAD ONE, PERIOD!!!
i hope they go back on alot of his cases. Cause if he can do it once he has done it before.
