Dr. Dre Buries His Son

Rapper Dr. Dre buried his son, Andre Young, Jr., on Friday in Glenadle, Calif.
About 200 mourners attended the funeral for the 20-year-old. An autopsy last week revealed no foulplay in the young man’s death which happened August 23. Authorities continue to investigate and are awaiting Toxicology results. He had been out with friends the night before he died and was found the next morning by his mother. “Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son,” the rapper’s publicist Lori Earl said in a statement Tuesday. “Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time.”

That is an extremely powerful picture to look at to see Dre carrying his sons casket! The pain in his face is extremely apparent. This picture (tho very sad that a pic like this had to even be possible, shows Dre’s strength and courage! My condolences to the family.

My heart goes out to Dr.Dre and his family. His son died 3 days before my 15th birthday. I heard someone had died that 3 days before my birthday, but I didnt know that it was the son of a legend. May my heart and prayer goes out to Dr.Dre and his famliy. I will be prayin for you during this tragical loss.
But he is in a better place now. There is no need to worry. He’s in God’s care.
