ENTERTAINMENT: J-Hudson’s Ex-bro-in-law Indicted

The estranged brother-in-law of Oscar-winning actress/singer Jennifer Hudson’s was indicted Tuesday in the murders of Hudson’s mother, brother and young nephew. William Balfour, 27, who was married to Jennifer Hudson’s sister, Julia, was indicted on three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion, according to Cook County State’s Attorney’s office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton. Balfour went into a bloody rage because he was upset that Julia was dating another man, prosecutors say. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Jan. 20. Police say that Julia Hudson argued with Balfour at the Hudson home. Darnell Donerson, 57, and Jason Hudson, 29, were shot to death in the home, but Julia was not there. Julian, 7, was found dead three days later in an SUV on the West Side. Police found a .45-caliber pistol in bushes near the place where the SUV was parked in late October. Ballistics tests linked the weapon to the murders, according to police sources.
I just wonder how can he likk her family, and a child. Just thinking about it makes me sick

i just do not understand what made him do this out the woodworks i mean was there something behind this. they say out of jealousy but what was he jealous of? crazy for real.
not sure if my first comment went thru. but we need help for our young men. killing a woman and her family because she don’t want you no more or even committing suicide. Our society our people need help…this is crazy. we hearing about this too often.

Something definitely is NOT b eing revealed in this case.
It just seems like there is much more to this story than they are telling.

I don’t see the purpose of him killing her family. Unless he thought that it would kill her emotinally. Why did he have to involve them in that childish bullcrap. If he was that angry, he should have went to anger management and get over it. It’s just ridiculous how some people can take something(LIFE) from someone that they have no authority to do.
