Seems like people sit up all night long trying to find a reason to bring someone else down. Tyler i don’t know if this is true or not , Just pay them if you really owe them. American’s are always trying to prosecute somebody.

I would not pay for lousy work either unless the contractor agreed to re-do what I was not pleased with B4 I paid him.

I am sure that if the work was done properly Mr. Perry would have paid the workers!

tyler needs to pay them. sounds like he was not satisfied at first, they made the upgrades and revisions, and if the work was completed to specifications he should pay them otherwise, he should have fired them and hired someone else to finish the job. but going to court will end up costing more than whats originally due.

Well Tyler I feel if you don’t or didn’ like the work and you let the contractors know that right up front the moment you notice your dissatisfaction, I would hope the contractors would honor your request to change anything that wasn’t to your liking and if they refused to do so then yes you should refuse to pay for something you don’t want but if they make the changes that you would like done then I’m more than sure you would be a stand up guy and pay them . PS. I love your work I wish I could be in one of your productions.

If thecontracts say PAY. Tyler needs to PAY. Many times we may not get what we thought we were going to get, BUT, the contract has to be fulfilled. TYLER, PAY THE FOLKS and let them get on with their lives. Don’t let something this small get into your pockets. Little things do get BIG, and you don’t won’t to start with LAWSUITS. Ask you friends who have already gone through LAWSUITS. LAWSUITS can get very COSTLY.

Even if you didn’t like the work you need to pay the people who completed it. YOu can’t simply have someone do work at your house & not pay them.. It’s riduculous. I think if someone is a “nice guy” they don’t need to go around proclaiming such.
