Of all the things that’s going on in this country, why should this be brought to national attention. The are far crimes in this in world for this one man to be put out as a scape-goat. My prayers to you my brother!

See, its these types of comments that gives the general Black community less integrity in the eyes of everyone else. Deflecting blame and sticking up for a criminal JUST BECAUSE he/she is Black is keeping the ‘community’ behind. Instead of saying “what he did was wrong BUT,” or “if he were a white man,” you should say that the details being leaked out are evil. HE LIED TO YOU AND THE GOVERNMENT. Sure, i believe he deserves a second chance if and only IF he learned from his mistakes.
His money funded the dog fighting crew. IF IT WEREN’T FOR VICK, THIS PARTICULAR GROUP WOULD NOT EXIST. He is the highest profile person to do this, so obviously there will be more media attention. I doubt someone like Brett Favre would be dumb enough to do something like this.

To do that to an animal is not only inhumane, it is a true reflection of how Vick values life. It does not matter what color he is, what he did was very wrong and inhumane. He deserves to do time for this terrible crime…

I just think that it is a bunch of bull I could see the wrong in all this but what about all the other people that do dog fights.Where are they just because VICK was a professional football player he gets it harder thats just wrong.

Well what does Fox News, CNN and some of the other news blog sites show about ALL the other cultures that blog there? Or is criticism of one’s opinion only related to the black community? What do you think about non-whites who think Mike Vike is being used as a scapegoat for dog fighters everywhere? What race are they making look bad? You refuse to see that black people come from all walks of life. We don’t all live in the ghetto, we aren’t all uneducated criminals, and we don’t all work menial jobs. Oprah, the Obama’s and all those other high profile blacks are not the only successful blacks on the planet. But they only ones that you and other racist like you know of. Do you have an inkling how many highly educated, wealthy blacks are never in the media? There are many, many more blacks than you will ever know that are living very very well. We are all part of the black community and yet we don’t agree with everything that comes out of another black person’s mouth and a blind man could see that. Perhaps you should find a blind man to help you see us better? I’d love to be a fly on the wall when your black athlete/singer clients realize that their new young lawyer is a CLOSET RACIST with racial superiority issues!!!
