If we take Mr. Nichols life we are doing the same thing we’re accusing him of I truly believe in forgiveness…wha if God didn’t forgive us for the things we do each and everyday? Whatever, it may be I dont particular beleive in the death penalty, but according to God’s word we have to live by the laws of the land. This man knew what he was doing. Let’s just say that he killed others out of fear to get away, but that judge he shot him in cold blood, he meant to do that because he didnt have to take his life to get away. I’m sorry but, it’s obviously some issues here with this whole case from the start. I always felt like he was innocent in the raping case. Brian was thinking hey! if I got to go to jail for something I didn’t do then why not go to prison for something I did do. That doesn’t justify what he did to those four innocent people three years ago. Yes, he should have a harsh punishment. No matter what they do to him, they can’t bring those four people back. God rest their souls and bless their families.

I was a sophomore at the U of M and was sitting in my dorm watching TV when the courthouse murders happened and then he ran in some woman’s house and took her captive. This guy is a nut but I have always been conflicted on the death penalty. Either way, God will handle him.
