Florida Racist Drives Car Into Black Biker
July 17th, 2008He allegedly was mad that an African American had slept with his wife
A Florida man targeting African Americans slammed his car into a 25-year-old Black woman who was riding her bike, according to police. Police said that Thomas Cosby, 56, drove his automobile into Nekedia Cato, and in the process destroyed a nearby porch and hit a tree before causing her to roll over three times, according to NBC affiliate WESH Channel 2. “He just hit me because I was Black,” Cato, who was riding her bike home from the store, told the television station. “I actually saw him coming toward me. I tried to move my bike as fast as I [could], but it wasn’t quick enough. He came straight for me.” After Cosby crashed, police said, he got out of his car and yelled the “N”-word and a slew of racist remarks, including how he wanted to kill Black people, WESH reports. “He was screaming out he had to kill all Black people because one slept with his wife,” said Cato, who suffered several injuries, broken bones and a broken leg so severe doctors inserted a metal rod into her leg. “If he could target me just because of the color of my skin, he could target anybody else. “I’m kind of scared walking down the street because I don’t know if people hate me.” Authorities say she could spend several weeks in the hospital. Cosby is facing hate-crime charges for alleged aggravated battery and simple battery.
Racist people come in every color and creed. This man is no different than a black person attacking a white person because of their skin color. The problem is that we point the finger at the color instead of denouncing the actions of all racist people.

The charge is just further affirmation that the American judicial system is racist against blacks. Why a lesser charge for a white criminal and a black victim? We all know the charge would have been more severe had the criminal been a black man and a white woman? Hell, a black man would have been shot on the spot for daring to target the “coveted” white woman with a moving vehicle? Please!!! In this case the criminal is facing “hate-crime charges for alleged aggravated battery and simple battery” BUT in New York, Sean Bell was murdered by the police in cold blood for being accused of attempting to run over the police. What is going on?

This country had two different laws,whites laws are more favorable than blacks.

Once again this show how White people can do something and not get the maximum charge possible. If this had been a black man they would have made up charges on top of the ones found in the law. I am so sick and tired of this type of stuff happening. GET HELP AMERICA!

I seem to remember just the other day a black man was given five years probation for kidnapping charges that he pleaded guilty to.
We need to stop with this the “white man” mess. How many times Lil Wayne been arrested for drug crimes just within the last five years. How many days has he served in jail. Zero. We get away with things also.

Not that this case has anything to do with it but i predicted that After Obama secured the nomination, racism will be out and open more than ever. Who to say after this black guy slept with his wife and the fact that Obama’s all in his face on tv couldn’t have set this guy off!? I hope he has some worth so this poor woman can get paid!
