This is a sign that African American Communities need to start working together in this world. This should curve BLACK on BLACK Crime, and began a healing among our race. White people don’t have to try and kill us, because we are doing enough of that. The JUSTICE system is not blind when it comes to putting our African Americans in jail; however it’s blind when it comes to the White Race. I don’t agree with what this man did, because based on the report he should have been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault with A Deadly Weapon (CAR), Hate Crime, Reckless Driving, and Obstruction of Government Operations. His charges should be upgraded, and they should stick. He had time to think about what he was about to do before he actually committed the crime. So what mental evaluation do they have to Justify what he did? This man was not insane; he was Sane when he committed it. African American living in Florida it’s time for you all to come together, because there are laws out there for Hate Crimes, and Racism. Don’t just sit there and let those people do that, because it’s not right. Boycott and March for True Justice.

Those charges are unacceptable, and everyone should agree with it whether if you are a racists or not. Attempted murder should be the charge, nothing more nothing less. In some states a “Hate Crime” brings tougher sentencing, but I agree…Attempted Homicide charges should be added to the list of charges I’m sure he’s been charged with. The worse thing about this is I’m sure this nut case doesn’t have the money to satisfy the civil lawsuit Ms Cato is certain to file against him and she’ll be out luck as far as collecting any judgement given to her. Her best bet is to hope he was insured and she can collect something from that.
