Right now I have this along my spine (X-rays show) and doctors say osteo is the culprit, but I have taken a supplement with Vitamin D for years, which I might add, I was told would guard against just such an eventuality.

I have lots of questions, which of course I will put to my doctor, but I want to say that you people need to give more information or do more investigations into this issue.  The results of the study did not say whether these people took supplements or anything.  Just that the doctors &quot;followed&quot; them and found that more sleep equals less deposits - was it because more sleep allowed the body to process calcium better in the system?  I think they need to be more specific or you (BET) need to investigate more/better!!. </description>
