Just as the blog says Jesse Hush! It seems from the time Obama’s campaign has started Rev. Jesse Jackson comments has been been nothing but negative! Come on people let’s help the man for crying out loud! For once can we all be on one accord! Gosh!

Everything that Jesse or Al says that is political, will be broadcast. We may not like it, but the media will run to them for a “black opinion”. You know we have more intelligent black leaders that the media could contact, but they are not as “colorful” as these 2 are. We as a people need to make sure we vote and encourage others to register to vote! Our actions will show our beliefs and convictions for the future! Obama will succeed-I truely believe this. God has his hand in this..and God, I know, has heard all our prayers for change!

If he said those things it is a shame, we continue to assist white people in their denigration of us as a people. If he can’t say anything good he should keep his opinion to himself and share them with his friends at their cocktail parties.

I don’t know what Jessie Jackson’s been drinking but it sure has got him mixed up. Jessie, find something else to complain about. Obama is the man now–he’s younger, stronger, he’s intellegent and good looking, and he has a heart for people and a plan for change, so just give him his props and stop hating, You had your day, let him have his!

Cocoa59, my understanding of the Bible says the Isrealites (Jews) are God’s “chosen” people, and they folloe his ways, God promised that He would bless them and protect them, anyone who blesses them will be blessed, any one who curses them will be cursed. Also, the US has a vital interest in the state of Israel because they are our only strategic ally in that area of the middle east. Our govenment sends billions of dollars to Israel every year primarily to support them militarily. Israel is armed to the T, that’s why they are able to subdue and control the Palestinians like they have. However, I have a problem with the historical context of color, overall it has been distorted because the original Israelites were not white (caucasoids form the caucus mountains), but people of color from the African dispora or from what is known as the middle east, who then were dispersed after the Assyrian invasion. Unfortunately, American history is full of concocted lies. Black people, we need to dig deeper for the truth of who we are.

I think Jesse has a point. I also believe that obama will not be friendly with Israel. Obama is a very intelligent man; this will all can say. Jesse Jackson is a very knowledge man, especially when it come to issues regarding the middle east. Obama is aware that the brother of Jacob (israel) still have issues with him. and Obama is from the seed of the brother and not jacob (israel). Jesse knows what he is talking about. Jesse needs to go find a dark hole and stay there until this election is over.He continues to put his foot in his mouth and create unecessary attention for Mr.Obama. Jesse you had your time your fifteen minutes of spotlight is over!! You did not get as far or as close as Mr.Obama to the white house so please I beg of you to find a real dark hole and get lost.

He is a mulatto African American., and a Christian. So what, he has a muslim sounding name. It’’s no more his fault than it is your fault you have the name your parents gave you. I agree totally! We DEFINITELY don’t need anymore negativity THIS CLOSE to election day! Two more weeks and Jesse will not shut his “we don’t understand what you’re saying anyway” trap! Our race has been moving so greatly and in complete support of Obama, and why does Jesse want to continue to be in Obama’s spotlight? Even Rev. Al Sharpton has been out supporting Obama with rallys! Jesse needs to worry about Jesse, and leave our Barack Obama alone…let this man have a chance in the White House that we have so longly been waiting for! Obama is “ready” to make changes for our country that have been needed for so long! Jesse is jealous because he isn’t up to the caliber and class as Obama, and no one took him seriously when he “tried” to run for President! God is looking out for Obama…thy will be done! Jessie Jackson has never been nor will he ever be a representative to speak on behalf of African Americans -so how can anyone think he could possible speak on behalf of Barack Obama? JJ needs to shut-up and keep his opinions -distorted as well as dishonest opinions to himself.

It pains me to read or listen to the negative remarks that these so-called brothers-Revs. Jessie Jackson & Jeremiah Wright have against Senator Obama! One would tend to think that these guys are getting some type of under the table monetary gain by committing this senseless sabatoge against our future president-elect! Somehow, someway, Senator Obama has survived countless attacks from these two scumbags and will continue to prevail against all hatred against his campaign. It really hurts though when your own kind does this type of cruelness towards you. Black folk we have got to stay strong and continue to pray for Senator Obama, Senator Biden, their families, and the entire Obama-Biden Campaign.
