Jennifer Hudson’s Brother-In-Law Arrested

Chicago Police have arrested William Balfour, the estranged brother-in-law of R&B Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson. He will be charged with three counts for the October slayings of Hudson’s mother, brother and young nephew, authorities said today. “He was released to Chicago detectives,” Chicago Police Department spokeswoman Monique Bond said. Balfour, 27, who was married to Hudson’s sister Julia, was a person of interest after the slayings and was detained and questioned by police but not charged. Balfour, who was also imprisoned for violating his parole on a previous attempted murder conviction, was scheduled to have a hearing on Wednesday. Police did not reveal the evidence that led to Balfour’s arrest but he now faces charges for the slaying that tore the Oscar winner’s family apart and grabbed the attention of the nation in late October. Balfour will be charged for the shooting deaths of Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, brother, Jason Hudson, 29, and 7-year-old nephew, Julian King. Donerson and Jason Hudson were found shot to death on October 24 in Donerson’s home on the South Side of Chicago. Four days later, Hudson’s young nephew’s body was found in a stolen sport utility vehicle parked and abandoned on the West Side of the Windy City. A gun reportedly used in the slayings was found close to the SUV.

I don’t think she know he was dead at that time amparo and I don’t think she should of bein charged for anything.cause she did not have anything to do with her family getting killed.the brother in law did . He hurt jennifer hudsons family. Her sister really love her one and only son.so for you to say that you aint right at all amparo was you their ? No

This man is just a vampire. If he is guilty, he deserves a death penalty. Prayers goes out to Jennifer Hudson and her family.

The saddest part is her nephew. Her sister had to know this was a hood rat she married. She couldn’t do better? Was she that desperate for a man. She brought this murderer into her family. I wonder if she sleeps at night. The blame lies right at her feet. I just pray for Jennifer, I don’t know if I’d be able to sing again.

Thank God!! Thank God!! God works in mysterious ways, and now there is some closure for the Hudson’s family. My heart and love goes out to the family. HE WILL GET WHAT HE DESERVES!!
I’m glad they got him. Those people had nothing to do with his problems and personally I he should be put to death or those other prisoners going to beat him cause that poor baby had no idea what was going on. And I think it is more people involved. God Bless the Hudson family

Is so sad that some one will actually do this expecially nowing that was your ex brother in law what a sham he should get the worst ever expecially killing the family of your ex family and a 7 year old kid oh mine God will deal with him. I have to say i would not ever feel sorry for what he get.

I just hope they got the right person for this horendous crime. There has been people falsely accused of crimes and later down the years they find out they made a mistake (totally exonerated). I hope they got the right person.
