Jennifer Hudson’s Brother-In-Law Arrested

Chicago Police have arrested William Balfour, the estranged brother-in-law of R&B Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson. He will be charged with three counts for the October slayings of Hudson’s mother, brother and young nephew, authorities said today. “He was released to Chicago detectives,” Chicago Police Department spokeswoman Monique Bond said. Balfour, 27, who was married to Hudson’s sister Julia, was a person of interest after the slayings and was detained and questioned by police but not charged. Balfour, who was also imprisoned for violating his parole on a previous attempted murder conviction, was scheduled to have a hearing on Wednesday. Police did not reveal the evidence that led to Balfour’s arrest but he now faces charges for the slaying that tore the Oscar winner’s family apart and grabbed the attention of the nation in late October. Balfour will be charged for the shooting deaths of Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, brother, Jason Hudson, 29, and 7-year-old nephew, Julian King. Donerson and Jason Hudson were found shot to death on October 24 in Donerson’s home on the South Side of Chicago. Four days later, Hudson’s young nephew’s body was found in a stolen sport utility vehicle parked and abandoned on the West Side of the Windy City. A gun reportedly used in the slayings was found close to the SUV.

The “Death penalty” is too good for him.
If it were up to me, I would give him a foot-tub in his 4 by 6 cell to wash up from. This way he never comes out of his cell. He stays in there 24 / 7 /365 a year. I would give him no TV for at least 12 consecutive years. And I would give him a Bible, and a strong noose in the ceiling. His option would be to get into that Bible, or put his neck in that noose and jump. That’s the choice we all have, why not him too? I have worked in two different prisons in two different states, and I am convinced keeping harden criminals locked up24/7/365 a year with no TV would deter heniuos crime. Apparently the “Death Penalty” has not. Also if the states allow harden inmates to take their own lives, in many cases they (The states) would not have to. Anyone one of us on this site can go and take our lives at any time we decide to. Why should harden criminals not be allowed to do the same thing?

I totally disagree with you. Senseless Black on Black crime will continue as long as there is a black culture that walks around with its chest swollen with pride because it “does not snitch”. You see Taskmaster, not telling the truth is protection, and the evil ones know this. Yeah I understand telling could get you killed, but not telling is just prolonging someone getting killed. Not telling is not stopping the killings. It must be told, I would.

I am glad the police were able to find evidence against this person, he will get his, don’t worry. Ladies, please be very mindful of the men you marry. I am not married and I rather stay that way then to settle for a scary looking person like him!
Sorry for the family. Julia and Jennifer my heart goes out to you both. People are always ready to judge, I don’t know and I don’t think Julia knew this would come to this when she married this young man.
To Jeniffer I just want to say that now hopefully you can find some piece in knowing that they have gotten the right person. Your love for your family can only grow from here. To the father of your nephew my prayers go out to your family also, your lost a son and that you can never replace, he is with god now be blessed in knowing that much. ms hudson be blessed in knowing that all your family members are back home now, our bodies are vessels for the lord and they are home now you will always love and miss them and that will never change. I think that it ’s ashamed that he had to do her family like that. We will never know the whole story but i felt he did it out of jealousy and i hope he gets what he deserves for killing that inocent baby

I knew that it had to be someone the family was well acquainted with b/c he killed the baby which meant to me that the baby knew this man. I hope if they have the death penalty, he gets it.
