My heart goes out to you Kanye. I lost my mom 2yrs ago and I feel like I will never truely be happy again. No matter what caused your mother’s death or who was at fault, at the end of the day the fact remains your mom is not here and I know it hurts like hell. I feel the pain every day. For those of you that have not lost your mother, you do not understand the pain. Kanye you will never be the same. I honestly can see the pain in your eyes, I have that same look in mine. I will continue to pray for you.

IT IS SAD THAT KANYE LOST HIS MOTHER.. WE AS A SOCIETY HAS TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY THAT GOD MADE US AND WE SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN OUR APPEARANCE.. MOST OF THE WOMEN WE SEE ON TV HAVE ON HEAVY MAKE UP AND THEIR FLAWS ARE MASKED. IF WEIGHT IS A ISSUE THEN WE AS PEOPLE HAVE TO BE WILLING TO DEDICATE OURSELVES TO WORKIN OUT AND EATING RIGHT AND THEN WE WOULD BE IN CONTROL OF OUR WEIGHT. A QUICK FIX IS NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER.. LOOK AT THE PRICE KANYE’S MOTHER HAD TO PAY AND SHE WAS NOT FAT AND SHE WAS ALREADY BEAUTIFUL… GOOD LUCK KANYE AND JUST CONTINUE TO HONOR YA MOTHER BY BEING A SUCCESS IN ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT U DO.. u can’t look young forever, what’s wrong with being healthy.

This is a situation some of us always doubt ourselves or regret the decisions and choices we have made. As others said all surgery is at RISK. Just delivering an infant or two is a risk. Kanye is bearing the pain of losing his mother. I see it clearly in his face. The stare that he displays is saying just leave me alone. Dr. West made a decision to have that surgery and he now bears the scar of going alone with her. For this young man it will take a long time. May God help him through his pain.

Jade H. u can say what u want but exercise DOES work, I don’t care how old u are. If u are consistent and dedicated exercise will put u in better shape. The problem with most people is we’re too lazy to fully commit to it.

if make-up and exerise and wis and weaves don’t heip,I wouldn’t risk for nothing in the word my life going under the knife. womens have it ruff,after a certain age mens who can b over the hill star looking at 20 something womens
as some one state prior in this state 30 is considered old. sad just sad!!!
thats ‘for womens its a double standard 4 womens and thats why most r willing
to go through even surjery 2 stay beautiful or what a man consider beautiful
or 2 stay youthful. same thing happen to the late james brown wife adriene
brown trying to stay beautiful she say 4 her husband but james wasn’t the preetiest thing 2 look at!!!! wake up womens!! Love urselves 1st!!!!!

As one of the other reader’s commented I feel that this is a private issue that should not be discussed in the press. Kanye has been through enough. I lost my mother in 2001; and I can personally testify that you never get over it. But, time heals all wounds, and I know I will be joining her in heaven one day. As beautiful African Queens and Kings we must learn not to assimilate to the European standards of Beauty. Look at all the people getting their lips enlarged and butt implants. If our African features were so bad, why are all these people paying money to look like us? We need to be proud of the body and features that God gave us.
