Klan Rallies at College Football Game

November 23rd, 2009

Changing Dixie

Members of the Ku Klux Klan protested the University of Mississippi for barring a pep song that some consider insulting to minorities.

The banned pep song referred to “Dixie” and “The South Will Rise Again”

The protest took place during a nationally televised game between Ole Miss and Louisiana State University.

No arrests were reported.
