Lil Wayne Outdoes Himself Again

This week, Lil Wayne’s album Tha Carter III knocked Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends” from the top of the U.S. pop charts, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The album has also sold 1.68 million copies in four weeks of its release. But just as the rapper was celebrating his success, according to several reports, he was arrested Thursday night by New Orleans police when he got into a nightclub fight with local New Orleans rapper Lil Dee. Weezy’s camp are keeping reports of the incident under wraps but according to unconfirmed reports and eyewitnesses both rappers were arrested and Lil Wayne was found with unregistered handguns. Somebody needs to teach these young black men (before they get that first big check) that when you are blessed with enough talent and skills to get out of the hood…you have to change the places you hang, change who you hang with…if you plan to keep that money and fame. There will always be someone less successful waiting to bring a black man down….if you LET them…if not “others” then crabs in a barrel syndrome kicks in!

Yall really be on these rappers tip, real talk i knew of lil wayne b4 he came out and did big things with the hot boys, he was drivin a benz to school at 16, if u grew up in new orleans u would understand, dont call him stupid for protectin himself, Yall just have so much to say and u werent at the club, this lil rapper may not be well known but in the city u dont kno how known he is. Wayne has the money to make the charges go away, fightin is a misdemeanor(sp), support the good things he has done for music and his local city instead of hatin so hard on the lil wrongs. We all human mistakes happen
