My son had visits with his dad at his dad’s parents house. Thankfully his parents knew he (the father) had some issues so they took it upon theirselves to make sure they were around. My son is a teenager and his grandmother still picks him up for his visits.

To take the life of a baby and your own baby at that is one of the worse things you can do. Someone said before first Caylee now this poor baby. There is no reason to take your own child’s life. What kind of person or animal can you be. I am a single mother of 3 children and my whole world is wrapped around them. I am also a Grandmother of 2 and the mother of the children is not my daughter but her mothe has passed so I feel like I have been given the opportunity to help this young girl out as a mother. Due to some irreconcilable differences, I have a 13 y.o. son I’ve only seen 3X since ‘98(last time being 4.5 yrs.ago). Although I have regular contact with him, it’s not the same as being there. I regret missing him learning how to ride a bike, 1st day of school, just having the daily physical relationships a father should have with his children. Thank God that I never executed the thoughts this so-called man did, for it would have been a murder-suicide, orphaning the child. I’m sad to see a child’s life had to be taken to see that this child support issue has been taken thus far to where we have to examine whether we wont to incarcerate and license revocation for something that was given to us as gods. Mz. Rodham has made it to where support for the child is monetary and yes it is. I think supprt for the child should first and for most be mental and physical support, with the mother & father both there emotionally for the child/ren. To the mother of this child, my heart truly goes out to you. I can’t imagine the loss of one of my beautiful children. But I do understand what you are going through. My son lost his 2 sisters, little brother and their mother to a dumb a$$ dude who wasn’t their dad. He was just a fu#$%&* monster.

But like all monsters, he was sentenced to death. I just wished it was sooner than later so I don’t still have to pay for this mans crime.

It’s so sad that men are no longer owning up to their responsibilities. Children do not ask to be here and mothers don’t expect to raise them alone. Men who have minds such as this man has is a disgrace to himself, other men, and society. Had he been taking on his responsibilities from the beginning he wouldn’t have had to worry about child support. What pisses me off is that he took a child’s life who was innocent and knew nothing about what was going on. Any man who lays down and makes a child and refuses to take on his responsibility should be ordered to pay child support. NEWS FLASH for those who do!!!!!! Child support by all means do not take care of a child. Children need a stable place to stay which comes with utility bills, food to eat, clothes on their back, medication when they get sick, doctors bills, school supplies, and anything else needed to have a normal life as a child. In my eyes nothing means more than spending time with the child. Men need to learn how to bond with their children. Women should not have to take on the responsibility of playing the mother and the father role. My solution as a mother who has a child who has a dead beat father is to take out child support and do your best to raise your child as a single mother. 99% of the time the father will be delinquent regardless of the order and the state puts little effort into fathers who don’t have a work history to enforce the order and a tremendous amount of effort into those who maintain their jobs. I also would like to add that we as women should start evaluating who we lay down with and use protection until we are married or wait until we are in a long term relationship where trust and understanding is built before we decide to lay down and have kids. I myself made irresponsible choices when i was younger and i’m now paying the price. This is not to knock the mother of this lil boy it’s just to enlighten women on who we are and what we allow ourselves to become a part of. Finally before i close i would like to send my condolences to the mother of JaShaun. Got tends to work in mysterious ways and i can assure you that your child is in a better place. You know women and men do some strange things when it comes to their kids. Forexample :my ex-boyfriends baby mama, told him as long as he dates me he can’t see his kids, how fair is that? Better yet how ignorant? Unfortunately they all are around the same age as this young man. (80 Babies) Children are a gift from GOD and to use them as pawns to get the ex mate to do what you want will only

back fire on the person that would do such. I left my kids father when my daughter was only 3 weeks old, he went to prison for 2 years. When he was released the only thing I expected from him was to spend quality time with his children and to provide financial support, we both agreed to do what was best for our children. I love my kids father too much to use the kids as pawns to hurt him and in the end it will only hurt the kids. LOVE doesn’t make you hurt someone ,anger and ignorance do. I will keep the childs mother and father in my prayers. Young people learn from this. Especially my ex’s baby mother.

I am so saddened by this action, my heart goes out to the mom and her family. i have been reading some of these comments and it amazes me how some of you individuals feel that it is the moms fault or the systems fault. Whomever you lie down with is a potential baby momma or baby daddy. if you find yourself a parent before you are ready then deal with it, life happens you are not going to be ready for everything it throws at you. Some individuals are good at planning and most are not. Children need to be taken care of and whether you go jump into another relationship, you can not forget about your first obligation, which is to your child. Men seem to lose that when they get involved with new woman, sometimes its because the woman is insecure and other times its because the men are weak. Stop the excuses, step up to the plate and be men, fathers, daddies. So what if you hate her, if you have to pay between 50.00 to 400.00 a month so what deal with it. We have to deal with getting them ready for school, taking off from work, going to school plays, games and sometimes doctors offices and missing work, mothers give up their lives for their children and most men only give up a few dollars. I am devastated about any child losing a life by a parent, but one day, one day soon, Jesus will say “wake up” and all those babies who have lost their lives because of a selfish parent will wake up to a Paradise earth. So these children are just sleeping now, they will be back and if i live my life according to the bible standards I will be there to welcome them back on a paradise earth, the way God intended it to be for us. Obviously this man is evil and will be roasting in hell for eternity. However, I have to agree with one of the posters above. The system is not fair to men who have to pay child support. For example: they often enforce severe penalties on the father if he doesn’t have a job but allow the mother to live off welfare. It’ s unbalanced and needs to be fixed so that the child get’s the maximum benefit and BOTH parents are held financially responsible equally. The father should not be demonalized BOTH parents should be forced to WORK and PAY!

As I look at this article I see that he was supposed to pay $150 per month. That’s a Lie, I’ve nevert heard of anything that low. Child Support was made in the light of making it a hardship for the payor. It was probably $150 a week.

The Entire Chid Support/ Chid Visitation System should be AMENDED.
Often desperate women have children (often times via coercion or manipulation) to “Tie-Down” the man of their choice. Who cares if they are the “choice” of the man…it doesn’t matter. Once the “accident” happens and they become pregnant and the “I don’t know how it happened” is over…the torture of “control and manipulation” begins. First, the pregnancy is used as a “rouse” to secure marriage with a man who didn’t want marriage with that woman. Once the woman figures out the father who doesn’t want to marry her now that she is pregnant (85% of the cases)…just like he didn’t want to marry the woman before she got pregnant…the woman turns bitter and vengeful. The child is then used by the mother as a “pawn” to TERRORIZE, CONTROL, AND EXTRACT MONEY from that father who refused to marry her after she pulled the oldest trick in the book.

If the man then marries another woman, the “Baby Mama” feeling she has “rights” of some sort, begins the cat and mouse game with the Father and the child. If the father meets all the Baby Mama’s requirements, the father gets to see the child. If the father does not entertain all and anything the Baby Mama demands he do, the mother takes the child away from the Father as a means of “punishment”. Nevertheless, she expects her check. He better do what she says, pretend to like her, play “boyfiend” to her loney self and pay monthly or she will be his worse ENEMY. The child is the one who suffers. The child is used as the reason, although for many of these desperate women, it is all about them, and CONTROLLING THE MAN.

Lesson: Always wear a condom and watch it flush. If a man won’t marry you without being pregnant, he certainly won’t marry you after you try to force him into being with you via a pregnancy trick.

The Court: Courts should penalize women if the man can prove that the woman is terrorizing him, harassing him, invading his life, or using the child as a “pawn” against him, or preventing him from seeing his child at will. If a “Baby Mama” does this, she should have to forfeit Child Support for at least 12 months…to teach her that a child has a right to both parents without interference, desperation and bitterness from the other.

I missed this entry so my comment is late, but he should be put on death row and made to pay child support out of penitentiary pay or any money that his family sends him. Then he should get exactly what he gave his child — only slower.
