I am so saddened by this action, my heart goes out to the mom and her family. i have been reading some of these comments and it amazes me how some of you individuals feel that it is the moms fault or the systems fault. Whomever you lie down with is a potential baby momma or baby daddy. if you find yourself a parent before you are ready then deal with it, life happens you are not going to be ready for everything it throws at you. Some individuals are good at planning and most are not. Children need to be taken care of and whether you go jump into another relationship, you can not forget about your first obligation, which is to your child. Men seem to lose that when they get involved with new woman, sometimes its because the woman is insecure and other times its because the men are weak. Stop the excuses, step up to the plate and be men, fathers, daddies. So what if you hate her, if you have to pay between 50.00 to 400.00 a month so what deal with it. We have to deal with getting them ready for school, taking off from work, going to school plays, games and sometimes doctors offices and missing work, mothers give up their lives for their children and most men only give up a few dollars. I am devastated about any child losing a life by a parent, but one day, one day soon, Jesus will say “wake up” and all those babies who have lost their lives because of a selfish parent will wake up to a Paradise earth. So these children are just sleeping now, they will be back and if i live my life according to the bible standards I will be there to welcome them back on a paradise earth, the way God intended it to be for us. Read your bibles!! Show love to fellow man, stop the hatred!! As long as you have breath in you, its never to late to change!!

Obviously this man is evil and will be roasting in hell for eternity. However, I have to agree with one of the posters above. The system is not fair to men who have to pay child support. For example: they often enforce severe penalties on the father if he doesn’t have a job but allow the mother to live off welfare. It’ s unbalanced and needs to be fixed so that the child get’s the maximum benefit and BOTH parents are held financially responsible equally. The father should not be demonalized BOTH parents should be forced to WORK and PAY!

As I look at this article I see that he was supposed to pay $150 per month. That’s a Lie, I’ve nevert heard of anything that low. Child Support was made in the light of making it a hardship for the payor. It was probably $150 a week.

The Entire Chid Support/ Chid Visitation System should be AMENDED.
Often desperate women have children (often times via coercion or manipulation) to “Tie-Down” the man of their choice. Who cares if they are the “choice” of the man…it doesn’t matter. Once the “accident” happens and they become pregnant and the “I don’t know how it happened” is over…the torture of “control and manipulation” begins. First, the pregnancy is used as a “rouse” to secure marriage with a man who didn’t want marriage with that woman. Once the woman figures out the father who doesn’t want to marry her now that she is pregnant (85% of the cases)…just like he didn’t want to marry the woman before she got pregnant…the woman turns bitter and vengeful. The child is then used by the mother as a “pawn” to TERRORIZE, CONTROL, AND EXTRACT MONEY from that father who refused to marry her after she pulled the oldest trick in the book.

If the man then marries another woman, the “Baby Mama” feeling she has “rights” of some sort, begins the cat and mouse game with the Father and the child. If the father meets all the Baby Mama’s requirements, the father gets to see the child. If the father does not entertain all and anything the Baby Mama demands he do, the mother takes the child away from the Father as a means of “punishment”. Nevertheless, she expects her check. He better do what she says, pretend to like her, play “boyfiend” to her loney self and pay monthly or she will be his worse ENEMY. The child is the one who suffers. The child is used as the reason, although for many of these desperate women, it is all about them, and CONTROLLING THE MAN.

Lesson: Always wear a condom and watch it flush. If a man won’t marry you without being pregnant, he certainly won’t marry you after you try to force him into being with you via a pregnancy trick.

The Court: Courts should penalize women if the man can prove that the woman is terrorizing him, harassing him, invading his life, or using the child as a “pawn” against him, or preventing him from seeing his child at will. If a “Baby Mama” does this, she should have to forfeit Child Support for at least 12 months…to teach her that a child has a right to both parents without interference, desperation and bitterness from the other.

I missed this entry so my comment is late, but he should be put on death row and made to pay child support out of penitentiary pay or any money that his family sends him. Then he should get exactly what he gave his child — only slower.
