Man Killed By Atlanta Police Had 39 Bullet Holes

Montellis Clark’s mother didn’t want to know how many time he was shot

A man who was killed in a shootout with Atlanta Police in July had 19 bullet holes in his chest and back, 12 in his legs, six in his arms and one each in his neck and butt, an autopsy report obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution shows. The family of the victim, Montellis Clark, has claimed that an officer stood over Clark and blasted away. Although the 39 bullet wounds would seem to suggest excessive force, they did not necessarily confirm that particular account, reported the newspaper, which obtained the autopsy report through an Open Records Act request. Dr. Karen Sullivan of the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, who performed the autopsy July 16 - the day after the shooting - said that some wounds were likely caused by the same bullets that passed through one side and out another. Police say that Clark fired the first shots, firing at police outside an Atlanta home after being told to pull his hands out of his pockets. Two officers, Clarence Tosh and Gregory Dubose shot back, hitting his 25-year-old brother in the back. Clark’s mother, Melissa Clark, witnessed the incident but was not wounded. Interviewed by the Constitution-Journal, Melissa Clark said, “It didn’t take that many shots. Once he was shot, that was enough.” She told the paper that she did not want to know how many times her son was shot.

Yes, Jessica is flat out studpid! I hate those ads! Lame-o’s! Anyway, that is crazy! So, if they did shoot him 5 times, those 5 bullets traveled through his body 7 times each to make over 30 damn holes? I hope they don’t use that in court!

Once again another cop killing but where is the justice, they change laws everyday but when is the one gonna change when its not necessary for fire more then enough rounds as long as the individual is on the ground. Its becoming a problem early this year we had cops beat on BLACK men because they looked like the cop killers caught on tape NO JUSTICE, SEAN BELL NO JUSTICE, RONDEY KING NO JUSTICE.

I’m really shocked at the comments behind this event. Maybe I’m putting a little more thought behind this incident than the others who commented. My condolences to the family of this tragic event. He must have really posed a threat to be shot 39 times.

Aye you people have no heart and are STUPID!!! That’s a horrible thing that has happened in the city of Atlanta! Also to let you know that happened to an African American male and this is consistantly overlooked by the American people no one cares as if you people that commented on this particular page. Why are you talking of other people’s business WHO CARES!!!! GET A LIFE, SHOW A LITTLE MORE SYMPATHY FOR PEOPLE ON THIS PLANT! Like Obama say “It’s time for change!!” Let’s start with oursevlves and then others.

mary said on September 4th, 2008

so if they say some of the bullet holes were from bullets passing through 1 in 1 out, that is 19 shots. come on now, how many times must a person be shot in order to gain control over that person? This goes on everywhere, police are soooo out of control it is beyond belief. They even harass and tazer teens that may look older than they really are, I know that for a fact. It happened to my grandson. It was for no reason other than he looked older than his age of 15. Please, let’s all pray that Obama be elected our next president . The present administration is letting the POLICE get away with murder. Pres. Obama will put a stop to alot of this totally unnecessary brutality that goes on. God bless the young man’s mother and family.

MsPhattypoo said on September 4th, 2008

There is absolutely no reason for any man to be shot that many times. After a few rounds hit him he was no longer a threat to anyone. 39 times IS excessive to the extreme. Wake up people it must be hunting season again.

Shonda said on September 4th, 2008

This is getting rediculous nobody deserves to be shot 39 times. That never should happen. 3 times is enough I’m so sick of this **%*. Cops should be helping us not murding us. The police should take away those cops guns and suspend them or keep them off street duty until the investigation is final and something like this they should be fired and taken to court. I know money isn’t the case but his mother should sue them for all they’ve got. and I also think this should be a situation that the president canidates should be talking about. which is police brutality

Jay said on September 4th, 2008

Good Morning Everyone….can someone shed a little more light on this situation. I live here in Atlanta and I have not even heard of this crime. When did it take place and I also emailed everyone in my address book, and no one have seen to have heard of this. Can someone please help?!

mary said on September 4th, 2008

They said that the bullet holes were from entry and exit wounds, in that case this man was shot 19 times, according to them. Come on now. How many bullets can it possibly take to restrain a person???? This has got to stop. It is terrible the way police think they have the authority to do whatever they want. This is going on all over the U.S. The police are even tazering young people just because they look older than they are for NO reason. I know it happened to my 15 year old grandson, he did nothing to deserve it. He just looked older than he was and is black. Let us all pray that OBAMA is put in office, if not there is no hope for us. The cities are crumbling down, going into bankruptcy and the police are going crazy! God bless this young man’s family.

Now I can understand what she meant when she didnt want to look at him!!! What is going on!!!!! Cops acting a d*** fool! Whether he did something or not!!! still!!! people 39 shots!!! My opinion is one shot is all it takes!!! to stop a person!!!! But Ya’ll help me to understand that!!!!! Now I know our days are numbered! and people die everyday, whether we believe its from GOD or not!!! But what I do believe is that GOD gives us peace!! that surpasses all understanding!!!!! Yes we may lose a loved one In our opinion “before their time” But somehow, someway we get thru!!!! Now im not saying that this is right!!! Hell No!!!! but while we are on this earth!!!! this earth!!!! we gotta take the bitter with the sweet!!!!! We are going to have to learn to keep, keeping it on when things dont go our way!!!!!! Just know that GOD is here!!! Ladies and gentlemen, we are fighting principalities and everything that is not of GOD!!!! GOD did say it was going to be difficult!! But HE did say its not going to be impossible!!!!

This is surely a sad thing for a person to endure such pain and now the family is enduring the same pain though nit in the physical, but mentally the pain is there. I am praying for the souls of those officers.

tweety said on September 4th, 2008

I’m not downplaying the hurt of a mother losing her son but it says he shot FIRST. If he did,how do u believe the officers should have reacted? If he shot at them,he was trying to hit them, not scare them. These officers have families that love them and want them to come home at the end of the day.Would it matter if he was white?? My cousin, uncle and grandmother are police officers. I want them to be safe and do whatever it takes to come home safe and if that involves killing someone that intends on killing them, then so be it.It’s still tragic for a parent to lose her child and my deepest sympathy does go out to her.

I am a black mother with a son that has been incarcerated for 18 years & I have seen loss & violence far too much. LIsten young people I love you and I am praying for you but you have got to wake up a take some responsibility for some of your actions! The least little incorrect thing that you do is going to be blown out of porportion because of your race & because Satan is out there trying to kill, rob, & destroy young people’s lives, you’ve got to be smarter & wiser & be aware of his tactics. Satan uses people, & he wants to kill you. I feel for that young mother that witnessed that merciless slaughter of her son. Those officers could have shot that young man & incapicitated him ( shot him in his legs to bring him down) but again Satan wanted his life & he got it. Things are going to get far worse before they get better & your only hope is a life with Jesus at the helm because he will warn you of the approaching wiles of the devil to keep you from harm. My heart aches so much for young people and I spend nights praying for you all nite long, to the point that I had a heart attack over two weeks ago! Please listen street life will kill you, I know you got to make it & you want to have fun but Satan is like a roaring lion in these mean streets trying to take you out. Please listen, I am a mother that loves everybodies child with all my heart & young people hear me, it’s time to wake up! You want to know how, just pray & ask the Lord to come into your heart & take control of your lives & do as He instructs you to do, and your lives will be spared. Too much blood has been shed, to many mother’s hearts have been broken, and the Lord wants so much better for you. Before you respond with useless banter think about what you say because sometimes your comments sting and cause more harm than good! I love you all, and know that I lift you in prayer every day whether you know me or not & my God hears & answers my prayers! And as a closing, this November is more important than ever in our history! You want to change your living conditions, change the way your life is going, improve your schools, open up the job market, have more opportunities to go to college, GET REGISTERED & VOTE! I was alive & witnessed people dying in Alabama during the 60’s for the right to vote. Do something that doesn’t cost you a penny but your vote can change your very life. YES ONE VOTE IS IMPORTANT. DON’T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR WORLD! YOU ARE IMPORTANT & YOUR VOTE DOES MATTER! PLEASE GET REGISTERED & PLEASE VOTE!

No violence, No results.

This statement is not in anger. Now is the time to logical steps to insure the safety of our generations. The first step is EDUCATION.
With education, well informed decisions will be made.

The sad part is the black race will continue to lose to these type of situations. It is everyone responsibility to education themselv es.

Unclejoe, I agree with you that Tweety got it right. Why is it when we see someone black do something that’s worth condemning, we shy away from it and claim racism or injustice? This drastically diminishes our credibility when we have legitimate issues of racism and injustice to address. Every police shooting isn’t racially motivated. Many times its Black or Latino officers involved. If we want to be respected as we enter into a national dialogue on race, we must be clear on when it occurs, otherwise, how do we expect those who are perpetuating it to know when they’re doing it?
Its tragic for any parent to lose their child and especially under these circumstances and my heart goes out to his family, but he’s not a victim here. Yeah, 39 bullets may be overkill (no pun intended), but if you shoot at the police, you don’t get to then tell the police how many times they can fire back at you. Harsh but true.

WHAT DO YOU WANT THE POLICE TO SHOOT BACK,,,AND SHOOT HIM IN THE HAND,,, LIKE SOME OLD WESTERN?
FIRST OF ALL THE GUY ( I DOUBT) WAS WALKING AROUND WITH A GUN
AND PERMIT,,,,,,2ND HE SHOT FIRST AT THE POLICE,,,,
WHAT NO ONE UNDERSTANDS GET ON THE GROUND?
EVEN IF YOU DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG,,,THE RIGHT THING TO
DO IS TO COMPLY WITH WHAT THE POLICE,,,WHY MAKE THINGS WORSE? HEY FOR ALL WHO DON’T KNOW,,WITHOUT A PERMIT
WALKING AROUND WITH A HANDGUN IS AGAINST THE LAW IN MOST STATES,,,,AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO SHOOT,,,,,,YOU SHOOT TO KILL
END OF STORY,,,IF YOUR MOVING AROUND ON THE GROUND,,,
YOUR NOT DEAD! I DON’T THINK THE ISSUE IS THAT HE WAS SHOT SO MANY TIMES, HOW MANY TIMES DID HE SHOOT HIS GUN?
HE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD ONE!
I THINK IT IS ABOUT COPS SHOOTING ANOTHER BLACK GUY!

Now wut tweety said is understandable. I have many friends who work in law enforcemnt and the devastation wld be the same if I lost my brother from being shot by the police or if a lost a brother being shot by a criminal. However wit factoring in common sense it dsnt take that many shots 2 bring someone down. That is excessive and as an officer better judgemnt needs to be exercised. Even if he did shoot first upon realizing that the man was down and able to be securely detained then they should have stopped. Now his mother is having to grieve knowin that she watched her child die. May god be with her and the family as well as the brother who took a bullet.

As I read the comments posted with regard to this topic, I’m saddened by how naive some of them are…not that it surprises me. I am a police officer and have been for some time, there have been times where I have almost had to shoot someone myself, and from experience that is never a good feeling no matter what color the person is. When an officer shoots a suspect their lives are forever changed. The overwhelming majority of officers never have to use their weapons, but the time one of us does, there is this extreme public outcry.

Do I believe all officers have the public good at heart…absolutely not! Do I believe that there are times when a persons own actions put them in danger of being harmed or even killed by police…absolutely YES! My heart also goes out to this man’s mother, I cannot imagine what she must have experienced having to witness something like that, but this is an accountability issue. I’m not sure what he was doing to bring police attention to himself, I’m not sure why he had a gun on him, and I definately don’t know what made him think that he would not be shot dead for shooting at police officers. CAN I GET A SHOW OF HANDS FROM ALL WHO BELIEVE THIS WAS A GOOD MOVE ON HIS PART???

Just in case anyone has a problem with what I’m saying, let me just say that you will never get it because your job does not put you in harms way every single second of your shift like mine and every other police officers does. Experience and training demands that if you see a suspect with a weapon, and especially if that suspect fires that weapon at you, you use whatever force necessary to eliminate the threat. That does not mean ONE officer will shoot at him…that means every officer who has his weapon pointed at him will more than likely shoot at him in order to prevent him from endangering anyone…this includes police officers and innocent bystanders who do not deserve to be harmed because this person made an ignorant decision.

Madd Maxx said on September 4th, 2008

I am really upset that they shot him up like that….But the fact is…he fired first. They should have shot him in the leg or something….But on a real…If I was a police and a criminal shot at me I would make sure I get him in the head.

tweety said on September 4th, 2008

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but, every police shooting is not racially motivated!! Let’s be real here. If it’s wrong, let’s all say it’s wrong. If it’s right, let’s not call it racism. I’m black and I get sick and tired of everyone playing the race card. This was no choirboy!!! I’m not saying he deserved to die. I am saying you don’t know what was going on at the time. I know if someone shoots at me, they must be shooting to kill. You don’t shoot at someone, especially an armed police officer, for the fun of it. Maybe it was excessive. If you have 7 or 8 police officers, they’re not going to call the shot like they’re playing volleyball or something. The moment he decided to pull that trigger, it became a fight for survival. They had to risk killing a man who first shot at them, or having someone tell their families they died in the line of duty. I don’t think so. It’s horrible for any parent to lose their child and unimaginable to watch it, but her son initiated this cycle by shooting at the police officers. Do you honestly think they went there to shoot the unarmed brother. That, I do believe, was an accident, triggered by the ignorant actions of his brother. He’s dead. His family won’t see the negative things he did. People always remember the good in a person when they’re gone. I’m not for violence as a first resort but these officers did what they had to do. Let’s stop playing games and tell it like it is. He was wrong and everything after he fired upon the police officers was his own fault. I still offer my prayers to all the families involved.

daedae said on September 4th, 2008

with all the senseless killing that our young Black men are doing to each other, and then when one fires first and get killed, you want to be on his side, he should of had fear for his own life, for a fool that think that he can shoot at a person with a gun and not think that he can get shot, is more than dumb, so be grateful that out of the 40 bullets that were exchanged, no one else died

Hello, I would like to say my condolences go out to the mother. I would like to say that is over kill. I feel that they should lose their jobs. Its not rite and I know like everybody else knows that nothing is going to happen to those cops who killed that boy. The violence needs to stop when it comes down to the law protecting you but their are not protecting anyone. They are breaking the law themselves. Its not fair and its not rite for his mother to have to go through this situation. One shot ok, maybe he would have lived. But 39 shots thats just ridiculious. They don’t need to be put on suspension that they need to lose their jobs, and sit back and think how they took someone life and for what reason, please that question

Desgirl19 said on September 4th, 2008

When you have a situation like this, the police should shoot to disarm and not shoot to kill, I am sorry But if someone shoots at 1 person 39 times they mean to kill that person. This seems to be an ongoing issue with these cops, I dont think that it is racially motivated but it is just a cop thing, the law is on their side regardless. I think that police officers should be punished for using excessive force such as this, you cannot tell me that you will allow cops to shoot at and individual 39 or 50 times and not find that willful and down right heartless. It only takes one good shot to disarm a person, not 50, 60, or 70. If laws are not changed soon this wont be the last, more police killings will take place and the amt of bullets used will only be more.

tt said on September 4th, 2008

It is truly sad what happened and my heart and prayers go out to the family. You have to remember that their is a law that says that a police officer is suppose to disable them not kill them so what they did was truly wrong. But we also have to look at what the young man did and that is shoot at the officers first. Now the question is was the police wrong? the answer is simple Yes! Why because it say to dis arm the supect and he was holding anybody. So they were wrong.

Obviously the poor guy shouldnt of been shot even 20times, but EVERY1 knows in this world u shoot at cops they have the right to shoot back and end ur life. You take 5cops who shoot a total of 5 bullets each thats 25shots already, it happens to white people who shoot at cops too. Dont turn it into another black man dead and america dont care cuz we obviously do care, u just need to really asset the situation b4 running towards racism n get 2 the real problem or else its gona keep happening

Seriously. He was shooting to kill!!!! You don’t shoot at police officers unless you have a death wish. I’m not trying to make light of this situation at all. I have four children who I love dearly. Sometimes its our children that are causing our pain. In this case, I feel he is the cause of his family’s pain. I’m going to pray for him and all of the families involved. God is good and he hears our cries. To his mother and everyone: this battle is not yours. Give it to GOD and he’ll fight it for you.Let go and let GOD!!!!!

What I don’t understand is, why is it with Black people it is always “shoot to kill” and with others (whites), rubber bullets or bean bags are used???

I remember reading awhile back, an African man in Minnesota with a knife or sword being shot like this, but when its the white man with the AK-47, he’s pelted with bean bags til he drops the gun.

What up with that???

Thank you for finding a way to do your job even when people find fault because you have the COURAGE to do what none of them will. Thank you for coming back when you’re not getting paid enough to put up with all of the bs that comes along with your job. Thank you for everything you do that allows my children and I to be safe. Thank you from every person that respects what you do. On the days when you feel like no one appreicates what you do….. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a mother and I only can say “Lord please be with this family and give them the strength to move on, but not to forget the senseless acts of others”. I agree with the comment from: Diana Mullins said on September 4th, 2008. Thank you for caring and speaking out, your words means so much to me and should also to others. Thank you enough for making your statement, because it is true…things are going to get worse before they get better. We have to save ourselves.

Thank you and YES, I will be voting, not only to make a change, but to change history!!!
God Bless!!

No other race has ever been shot 39 times for shooting at the police once. In that case everyone that shoots at them should be shot 39 or 40 times. This is just racist and unacceptable. What about the black men that are shot that many times when they don’t even have a weapon? Just the other day a white man in Washington state went on a shooting spree in his town & killied 6 innocent people, including a sherriff deputy, but he still survived that. Yes, there is black on black crime, but the police are supposed to show better judgement.

This is extremely disappointing but normal police are not the people that I for one feel comfortable with. All officers aren’t horrible but the reality is majority are power driven, and racist even some of the black ones lets be truthful. Growing up with police selling drugs with the drug dealers than waving as if we don’t know. Sends us the wrong message a dirty cop is the worst position because he or she thinks that that badge is their way to do as they pleases. First we must gather around mrs. Clark she is suffering and no words will heal her but honestly just the gesture and love from it will help . I’m praying for her but how do she get over this is the city of atlanta helping her or are they just trying to cover the officer’s &#@. We all know the answers to that i’m so angry about this and I live in Ohio but just to know that one of god’s creations has been taken away because of trigger happy cops is sad. And if I wasn’t sad about Mrs. Clark’s loss than I would be just as heartless and ignorant ass the atlanta police department. Let’s stop trying to be politically correct and just be correct.

Drea_83 said on September 4th, 2008

I’d like to send my condolences out to the families affected by this tragedy. The mother, and the officers’ family, because they have to live with this for the rest of their lives. However, so many of these comments relate the situation to the deceased being black, how do you know the officers are not black as well? But my main point in even commenting is, as minorities, we like to assume everything that happens to us is because of our race and/or ethnicity. We never look at ourselves and our own faults. We never ask ourselves, “why do white women feel like they have to clutch their bags when a a non-white man walks by them” or why do white people dread when we walk into the movies or store? Could it be that a majority of our people have given them reason to do the things they do? And not everybody that robs and steals does it because they gotta go what they gotta do. They do it because its easier than getting their butts up and out on a job. And I’m sorry, Obama can’t change who we are. Black, blue, white, or purple! We have to do that for ourselves, our community, our children! We make up such a large portion of America’s population, yet we have the highest disease rate, murders, incarceration, etc. White people don’t MAKE us do anything. And one last thing, comments like the ones made by “fardxx” on here are a perfect example of how we are in a mental incarceration. Now if a white person would have got on here and made comments like that about us, we would have every NAACP, Reverand, news anchor on the horn claiming racism. Being a racist is wrong, either way it goes. God wants us to LOVE everybody, not pick who you love based on their COLOR. May God Bless all of you.

To the mother who lost her son may he rest in peace. There are a lot of good cops & there a lot bad ones too. The point here is he shot at the cops first. Our community has so much distrust & hostility towards the police that even our own who become cops feel the wrath. Remember the two officers that got ambushed in Atlanta. They both were black officers, family men that lost there lives. Yea we’re stereotyped, but this thug life, gangster mentality has put a lot of heat on us & the sad part is that we’re going to hear more stories like this. We got to change the way people see us & it starts with us.

Let’s hope that investigations (please note that I use the plural of investigation) will wrap this tragic matter, punish those guilty of excessive force.
But let’s stop ranting about blacks being hunted by whites. Some of the most dangerous cops are black and use their racial status as free pass to be quite vicious.
A lot of white cops are afraid of judicial retributions when dealing with blacks.
Bad cops are bad cops, regardless of color.

@dumbass,

you have the correct login. if you have pigs in your family, i feel sorry for you. not all po po are bad just about 95% of them.

39 times is excessive. that is the police. they are paid to hunt and kill young black males when the opportunity presents itself. with that said, WE MUST BY ALL ACCOUNTS AVOID THE POLICE IF POSSIBLE.

it’s the media. we never get the real side of the story. WE NEVER HAVE. how many times have unarmend black males been shot by the police within the past three years?!!? its a reoccuring cycle. it will continue as long as the police and the media can spin all events.

if he shot first, then they had the right to take him dowm. but dude is not the terminator, it does not take 39 shots to take anyone out.

Tracey said on September 5th, 2008

First I would like to say I feel so sorry for the clark mother to have to witness the death of her son. It makes me angry that police can get away with such a brutal crime. To shoot a man 39 times is ridiculous and a outright crime that should not be consider justified. One shot could have disarmed him but to kill a man infront of his mother and family is not justice but murder. I am from the deep south and this is something we see everyday but if we as black people would stand together a crime like this by the police would not go on without them be proscecuted and sent to prison.

MishaG said on September 5th, 2008

My heart goes out to Ms. Clark on the loss of her son, however I must say that this is also a case where “citizens” have no regards for human life.

What would make the victim allegedly take out a gun and start firing at cops? As an African American women who is soooooo tired of hearing about my brothers being shot down, I’m also tired of hearing about unnecessary deaths due to some of these brothers trying to show that they are hard or tough. C’mon guys, at some point we have to start taking responsibility for our own actions.

I am constantly telling my children that they HAVE to be prepared for the consequences that may come if they decided to do something illegal. I always tell them, “if you are ever in a situation where you are thinking about committing a crime (not saying that’s what happened with Mr. Clark’s situation) but you have to think one step further. Don’t just think about how things will be if you get away with the crime, go one step further and think about how things will be if you don̵ 7;t.R 21;

We have to start teaching our youth that there WILL BE actions and reactions to EVERYTHING you do, be it good or bad.

Again, I am sad about the loss of yet again, another brother, however we must start teaching our children while they are young that they will eventually have to stand up and take responsibility for their actions and sometimes if they are not willing to do so, it could lead to things such as this.

Lisa said on September 5th, 2008

Thank you Gabby for you statement….the young man could have been a bad person and yes he could have had a gun and fired the first shot…but where it becomes an act of hatred, bad judgement and racism is shooting him 39 times. I am sure he was dead with the first five shots and that is being very lenient. How do you stand over someone who has alread been shot and laying helpless and still fire bullets into him. That is hate!!! So for the police officer on here trying to justify it and for tweety and who agrees with her, lets take a moment and really think about the situation.

Now ya gotta think like an ATalien….first off - why were that many officers there in the first place, they didn’t have a warrant for them and no one had called them to the house. They had not been observed doing anything illegal. now some of our own in uniform are holding down some hoods and ya betta know who the real hoodlums are.

Bad cops bad cops , whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when the bullets hit you? It wont be much longer before the brothers retaliate and start buckin them $?%$%$* pigs! We as a people have endured decades of this crap with no end in sight. The sight of a scope is the only end to the unjust slaughter and brutality of the good ole boys! I myself will retaliate against any devil with a badge that unjustly tries to take my life. I will hunt them down and string them up just like they use to do us! I am all for having laws and obeying them, but these devils who are sworn to protect us are killing us, laughing about it, and getting aquitted by a jury of devils! So i say, give them some hot justice! Let the AK47 be the jury since we cant count on the whiteman or the nojustice department! Or we can sit around and watch the slaughter continue! Marching and praying for the enemy hasnt stopped a damn thing! Black Power!

That was totally uncalled for and totally and abuse of power. That was police brutality, fatality, whatever you wanna call it. It wasn’t right.

My prayers go out to the family and friends of the victim. May God bring you peace.

well of course everyone will have their opinion, so let me tell it like it is. this young man did absolutely nothing wrong, i mean so now you’re saying we can’t walk around on “property we own mind you” with our hands in our pockets? That’s flat out ridiculous! Second point being it does not take 39 shots to understand that somebody is dead. It’s not like he is bionic and just wouldn’t die or something. Police tend to take their authority to far and then tragedies like so happen. So for the fool who wrote above me /\ no disrespect but you need to get your mind right because you are one very bold and sick individual if you can sit there and speak like that, when that boys mama is mourning the unlawful loss of her son. Atlanta need’s to get it together before something really happens and nobody going to know how react. It’s sad when people act as if they don’t care about things like this.
