NAACP Leader Wants Search For Black Girl Reignited

Nine months have passed since a 16-year-old Black girl was reportedly kidnapped from her southern California high school, but there has been no massive public outcry from law-enforcement agencies or the media like that afforded missing White females, an NAACP official said Thursday. I have always been hurt and ashamed of how the media ignores the plight of other ethnicities when they are missing. That’s why change is coming. It is time for the good ole boys to take the back burner while American get due process. No more, No Grand Ole Party, Grand Ole Wizard or Grand Old McCain. Change is a-comin!!!!
It makes no sense why they will talk about and continue to search for white females but when a black female comes up missing, you might not even hear about it. Missig white females will get broadcasted on the news.
Cause they really don’t care about missing women of color. We might as well have never existed to anybody except our families.

The media do not care about Black women. It hurts, because we get treated
as if we are less than human, like white women are better than us. I see it
everyday, on TV, when a white woman is addicted to drugs or selling her body on the street, everyone feels sorry for her, but when a black woman is
in the same situation, “whatever” she did that to herself! Theres no compassion for a Black woman, and we are the victims! Hopefully, one day
we will get the same respect, we rightfully deserve.
