I really did not follow this too much but I thought he, or someone else, was under investigation for something different and they pulled this out of the hat. Furthermore, hating to use the race card, it amazes me how ONLY black people in high profile media cases are convicted for the same crime a white person has committed (i.e. Kilpatrick and Beatty = convicted, Mark Forman = Nothing and Wesley Snipes, $5 million = Convicted, Willie Nelson, $10 Million = Nothing)!
