N.Y. Man Loses Son a Week After His Wife Dies in Bus Accident
August 23rd, 2008Sean Michael Justin Sanz, an infant boy born last week in a C-Section operation after his pregnant mother was fatally injured, died yesterday. As reported on BET.com last week, the boy survived even though his mother, Donette Sanz, died shortly after his mother was pulled out from under a 5-ton bus by pedestrians in their Bronx, N.Y. neighborhood. Now, a week after his premature birth, his newly-widowed father Rafeal Sanz is bereaved again – and deeply hurt.. “I hope he really does rot in hell. I hope he dies a horrible death,” he said of the bus driver, 72-year-old Walter Walker, who had a horrific driving record and was driving on a suspended license. The baby boy, who was 3 pounds, 6 ounces at birth, will be buried with his mother.
” Jesus, please be with this man”.
Help him with his pain and anger, we understand, hows he feeling toward this man who is responsible.
But Lord help him put some of that pain side, so he can live the rest of he life not bitter.

The old man that hit Mrs. Sanz wasn’t driving the bus…he was illegally driving a pickup truck that caused the accident. The school bus driver was not at fault.

I heard a little about this story. I was hoping that the baby would do well and survive. I am so sorry for the family and they are in my prayers.

I do not know what your going through but i can only imagine the enormous amount of pain. Ask for strength and surround your self with the light of peace.
I am sending you energy of love and support via the cyber world but i’m also sending it into the universe. May they be at peace and may your heart, mind and soul be at peace too.
When we buried a 17 month old who suddenly passed these words offered comfort. I got them from a card.
Lord, we know your’re always busy. For you’ve many things to do.

My heart goes out to the youngman who tragically lost two people he loved so dearly. I am the grandmother of a son who is still feeling and probably always will feel the impact of lost due to a double homicide of his daughters mother and her grandmother not to mention the life long affects this has had on his daughter but to God be the Glory this life on earth is only a beginning and I truly believe there is a better place in Heaven. So rest asure prayer is truly the answer and by the way the driver of the bus was unfortunately a victim also as the old man driving the van hit her and knocked her in the path of his bus. It was not the bus drivers fault.

That’s absolutely terrible.I realy wish someone at BET would police these comments better.It’s a joke that you all would allow some of these ignorant and absurd comments to be posted.Some of these people realy need JESUS in a major way to come into their lives.
I pray for the husband and father that he will ask the Lord for forgiveness so that he can forgive the driver of the bus and live his life free of unforgiveness and receive his blessings from the Lord.
People lets lift this man up in prayer because he is hurting and he needs prayer.
This is very unfortunate. My prayres are with the husband and family.
