I tend to agree with Mr. Obama. There are some “great ” forces, in the music industry, if put to the “right” use of “productivey”, for the culture and the society at large. The thing that (especially our young black men), has always got to keep in mind, is the “integrity,” that “they must” always promote, for our culture, our young “black” minds, regarding the “images” that for “better or worst,” and in this case, it seems to be for worst, that can and do, sometimes more harm than good. I fully agree with what Obama says here and I’m glad that he actually said it. He was clever by not making it offensive and pointing out rappers he may think of when making the statement. A rapper who I’ve noticed has made a change in lyrical content in his songs is Nelly…at least his latest singles. And, he’s involved in business as well.

I don’t see how people spend their hard earned money on the uncut filthy versions of these songs. Can not listen to lolipop the same after they allowed Weezy to uncover some of his nasty lyrics.
