What makes people think that others making comments dont look like beyonce or better??? You all would really like beyonce to be the america dream girl. If anything ppl that praise her are the ones that want to look like her! beyonce aint the only pretty light skin girl in the world get a grip ppl. Jen and Beyonce’ are very talented but President Elect Obama spoke about “CHANGE” so I feel that we should change the fact that it’s always a well known celebrity that sings the “Anthem” why not give a very talented unknown singer that chance of a lifetime. She’s a single parent like Barack’s mom was, she’s 47 yrs old like Barack, she’s from the Class of 1979 like Barack and she’s the official “Anthem” singer for the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) in Washington D.C. And “SHE” is me!!
So write a letter on my behalf to the Inaugural committee and make a request for Stephanie Hayes from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to sing the “National Anthem”. Like President Barack stated, “It’s time for Change”

As usual human nature tries to create competition, rumors, and overall mess..Which is ridiculous…Whoever sings, at the event, they sing at the event. Why would u think Beyonce would shake ass if she performed…..When she sung the Star Spangled Banner did she shake no..She was classy, sung beautifully, and exited the scene..beyonce stated she would be available to do whatever..Sing, volunteer, whatever…They always seem to leave that part out…Trying to cause confusion…

Well It’s not hattin on B that matters right now ‘ANGEL’ or whoever thinks ppl are hatin on B, It’s about the fact that everyone is tired of hearing her! Usually we have a break from an entertainer fro about two years but homegirl is nonstop! Not even that her M.O. in all her songs are the same. She has a good man…she is married to no less but she still puts out these songs of men doin wrong and can’t do this or treatin u like that! So that makes me think she only makes these songs for all u depressed azz black females that jump right on the songs when in all actuallity her life is not like that at all. I thought u write songs pretaining to what u goin through? I know I do and Mary j does!!! Only time the girl is doin something different is when she playin a role (someone else’s life) in movies. If they chose J Hud then gine if not the fine…..But B needs to go back to the drawing board and come up with some DIFFERENT songs that don’t all sound like the others. My recommendation is for the committee to select and unknown talented artist demonstrating the diversity and opportunity that President Elect Obama has shared with the American family. It does not need to be one of the many talented artist that have established themselves already, but rather an individual who has the skill, talent, and presense to reinforce the msg., CHANGE . Just like Mrs. Obama struts her stuff in affordable clothing verses the expensive garb, so too should the artist selected reflect simplicity with talent and class. The two mentioned are great and will continue to perform as professionals regardless of their “chosen” image. So if my comment matters, I vote for the unknown talented artist striving to reach stardom but still humble enough to recognize the serious honor this would be. Make history again, choose an unknown!

Personally Jenniifer needs to rest after her curent situation ” May GOD be with her” But if she would like to sing so be it. Personally I believe they just both want to honor america and our new first african american president. They both are and know how to be classy… you and i both know that!

I like both singers, They’re both very good performers. Fortunately we heard Beyonce sing the National Athem at a Basketball event; I would like to hear Jennifers rendition. If she is mentally ready to perform again. I believe she would do very well.
