Seriously you need to understand (and maybe you just can’t appreciate it) but to some of us his skin color is HISTORY. When a historically downtrodden group of people like African Americans suddenly see someone who looks like us in the white house and to have been an active part in putting him there this is an enormous deal for ALL Americans. He restores our HOPE because he is black and this was never supposed to happen. So we will continue to talk about it because it is that significant to us. The does not negate the fact that he is the most qualified person for the job at this time or that his political policies are what we need to CHANGE the way that America is run. SO GET USED TO BLACK FOLKS BEING PROUD, HAPPY AND SMILING ABOUT THE FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT (that looks like us). We deserve to be proud for a change!!!

I seriously don’t understand why people only talk about Obama because of the color of his skin. Seriously who are we to be judging people because of skin color. It’s sad to see that we as a nation have not gotten past it. I am not here to judge Obama but appraise him for his victory. GOD BLESS HIM!! David, why would you come on here to trash-talk Obama? It makes no sense and you need to grow up. Get over the fact that Obama won! I voted for Obama because of his political policies and topics, and most of all, his promise for CHANGE. This country needed CHANGE.When Obama mentioned his campaign that he was running for president, I KNEW that he would BECOME PRESIDENT of The United States of America. MAY GOD BLESS the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and ALSO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD.

David is just a hater. He was on here all through the campaign talkin bad, and now he’s one of those salty crackers that you need water for! LOL There will always be haters. That’s when you know you’re doing something good. So go right on ahead David, keep hatin! I’m loving it! We have our first black president and there’s nothing you can do about it. So just get over it and embrace the change! Go Obama! I knew that the American people were smart people, I’m just glad to see that we are finally starting to get over that racial barrier!
