O.J. Appeals His Conviction

O.J. Simpson’s lawyers are asking the Nevada Supreme Court to toss out the former football star’s conviction, saying that the judge who slapped him with what amounts to a life sentence was prejudiced and made several improper rulings during last year’s trial. In their 47-page appeal, Simpson’s attorneys argue that Clark County, Nev., District Judge Jackie Glass exercised a “cumulative error that was so egregious and prejudicial that the defense could not get a fair trial.” Read more.
Wow I think that they sound very ignorant!. And i’m not even gonna go into an explination
i dont know if it was necessarily racism with that judge that handled that case but the judge was definitely more vocal in that court case then any other court cases i’ve ever seen.. i thght there were some very questionable calls on the judge’s part too, but i had chopped it up to the judge wanting to be seen, controversial, and a celebrity after the trial was over.. i ws waiting to see that judge offered some kind of court tv show.. he definitely got railroaded in this trial.. but on the other hand he shldve known better.. if i was oj i wld not have even considered jaywalking across the street the way they wanted to nail him..

O.J. SIMPSON WAS DEFINITELY RAILROADED BY THE RACIST JUDICAL SYSTEM, I.E. JUDGES, PROSECUTORS, JURORS, & POLICE, & HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY. THE REASON WHY THIS RACIST JUDGE & JURY FOUND O.J. SIMPSON GULITY IS BECAUSE HE IS A BLACK MAN WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY FOUND NOT GUILTY FOR THE MURDERS OF 2 WHITE PEOPLE(ONE BEING JEWISH). BOTTOM LINE IS AFTER O.J. SIMPSON WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY BACK IN OCTOBER 1995(DURING THE TIME OF THE MILLION MAN MARCH), HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY FROM WHITE PEOPLE, BECAUSE HE WENT FROM BEING AN HONORARY WHITE MAN IN RACIST AMERIKKKA TO THE MOST HATED BLACK MAN IN RACIST AMERIKKKA(HE’S HATED BY RACIST WHITE PEOPLE MORE THAN HONORABLE MINISTER LOUIS FARRAKHAN & REVERENDS JESSE JACKSON SR., AL SHARPTON, & JEREMIAH WRIGHT). AMERIKKKA WILL ALWAYS BE A RACIST COUNTRY INSPITE OF THE FACT THAT PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA IS A BLACK MAN, RACIST WHITE PEOPLE WILL NEVER CHANGE. FREE O.J., & MUMIA ABU JAMAL!!
I think O.J has done his time and he need to be let go. His lawyers know what they are doing get that man out of jail and let him go free and leave him alone.
I think that he needs to go to jail go directly to jail and do not pass go. This is the only way that he is going to learn that these white people do not have any love for him and that he should take time and see about his children with his dead wife. Try and make a difference in there lives because he has already lived his. He is old and tired.
R U KIDDING ME O.J. LIKE THE REST OF THE SELL OUTS HE HAD HIS DAY. I DONT KNOW WHY THE SISTERS EVEN CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO O.J. WHILE OJ IS IN FACT LOCKED UP, THERE IS 10 OR MORE WHITE WOMEN. WAITING FOR HIM WHEN HE GETS OUT. THIS IS OJ WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. THE TEFLON DON. HE WILL GET OUT. SO I AM GOING TO LET YOU GUESS, WHERE HE IS GOING TO GO, WHEN HE GETS OUT OF JAIL.
