This whole story is truly amazing…it just shows that Martin Luther King & Malcolm X fought and died for nothing…and I say that meaning that America has not moved past hatred and ignorance. They must be turning over in their graves right about now. In 2008, black people have to move out of neighbourhoods and march for equality! Racism will never end because Wh-te America continues to live in denial. Denial about how they got here in the first place, Denial about what was done to the Native Indian and Denial about what was done to black people. Until they recognize that and own it, nothing will change.

lets be realistic, just like all the other negative things that are in the streets, the police are always linked to it. this officer will not be punished. they will find a way to justify in a humble way what he has causes. the common phrase for them is that the officer did what they had to for the situation. now if it was someone from the street that did something like this ( and worse, if they were black) they would be buried under a jail and given the heaviest sentence possible. there is no such thing as fair anymore. police are not above anyone. most of them are actually on the same level as a lot of people but they have the city behind them so they are able to hide it well.
