President Obama’s Brother Caught With Weed

The half-brother of President Barack Obama has been arrested for carrying marijuana, Kenyan officials say. George Obama, 24, who shares a dad with the first Black President, was reportedly caught by police today. He denies the charges. The Obama siblings have only met about twice, apparently during Barack Obama’s visits to the Kenyan village where his father lived. The senior Barack Obama died in a car accident. Kenya ranks among nations outside the U.S. with the largest numbers of Obama supporters. The Obama hometown, where the president’s grandmother has a house that has become a tourist site, celebrated the Jan. 20 inauguration with a village feast. A school there bears the president’s name, and the date Obama took office has been proposed as a national holiday. The president hadn’t commented on his brother’s arrest Saturday morning. Several other president brothers have had run-ins with the law: Billy Carter, Neil Bush, Roger Clinton and Donald Nixon.
Should President Obama feel compelled to comment to the public about his brother’s arrest?

No he shouldn’t have a comment on the situation cause frankly that has nothing to do with the president ,his brother is a grown man doing grown man things so he shouldn’t have to take responsibility for what his brother is doing over there in Kenya, but to show support to his brother is only right cause it is his brother.

There are so many weed smoker in the world for what ever reason…..We have the Economy,to worry about and the crooks that cause the mess we are in in this country. no offence to anyone.i was always taught first ,thing first. i believe that everyone is their own person. george is a 24 year old man. he is young and when being young we all do young things. drugs has been around forever. its something we all come to face, but the way we respond to it is on us. i dont think that obama should have to respond to this sort of issue because it has nothing to do with the economy. marijuana is the least of our worries right now. lets talk about the war. getting our men from iraq. more things are more important to me besides what the president’s brother is doing. obama promised to help change not to make sure his family does whats pleasing to the publics eye so they can look perfect. who ever has nothing to do but to mind other peoples business and try to put people on blast for the most ignorant reasons, needs to get a life.
