The only reason the prosecutors are coming down hard on Mr. Snipes is he committed a white collar crime.

Whatever! i hope he does get locked back up it isn’t fair just because he is a dam star,hell we have to pay our taxes,then he is free until his case comes up hell that can be forever,then he will have the money he already had half. Wesley Snipes did what several other Americans mostly white have done which is Believe in this tax free rules because we are U.S. citizens con that has been going around for years. I personally know several other people who have fallen for this and the IRS would instantly send a cease and desist letter letting them know that this was not a valid reason to not pay taxes with Wesley Snipes accountants being the ones who were enrolling him in this con more than likely these letters were going to the accountants. Yes I believe Wesley knew they were doing it and he should had investigated it himself but I also don’t see them locking up all these other people as well and I know one guy who has been doing this for at 8 years and has not been locked up or charges pressed against him yet just letters every year saying cease and desist and how much they feel he owes.

Well Wesley dont just hire people to manage your money, get someone else to keep you “on top of things” (travelling/acting etc. try and stay in touch with your $$). All i can say to you is “plead the 5th” right now!!!

He walking around free at the moment, my problem is that he is not the only one with back taxes and there are more that owe just as much or more and has owed the IRS for much longer period of time and still on the streets. Yes, he is black and the rest that owe the money are white so they remain free.
Funny and they say the racism is gone. This goes to show you racism is still alive.

It is not unusual for a person that has been convicted of a nonthreatening crime to remain out of prison to put his affairs in order. So why is it so difficult for this spokesman for the U.S Attorney’s office to submit to this judges decision. Now when Mr Cole was arrested for a DUI in Tampa FL last year(march 2007), he had no problem with the law being a little lenient with him.
Don’t throw stones Mr. Cole. I believe your crime would have hurt more people than Mr. Snipes if you were not caught.

BET is a racist organization that pretends to be a voice for the black community. Really it is a forum for curious whites, Asians, Africans, and others, etc… to peek into the minds of blacks responding and venting to BET’s always racially charged illiterate articles.
