R. Kelly’s kin named in barbershop shooting. The teen nephew of singer R. Kelly has been charged as an adult in the alleged attempted murder and attempted armed robbery of patrons at a barbershop last month. Brayel Kelly, son of the singer’s brother Carey, wasn’t initially identified as a suspect because he was also shot in the incident. The teen’s brother was also at the scene of the alleged crime, but hadn’t been charged.

Why in the hell would any of R. Kelly’s family members be trying to rob someone anyway, why kelly actin stingy with his money anyway.
We are not responsible for the actions our love one make if they are not our children and over the age of 18. Just because R. Kelly has the fame doesn’t mean that whenever something happens in his family (not right) he should be thrown into the flame.

Flint twn you have to understand that R. Kelly’s family is in terrible disarray. Since the passing of Kelly’s mother the family has gone down hill every since, his siblings are expecting him to simply give them money whenever they want it, he’s offered them jobs but they don’t want to work for him they just think he’s suppose to simply give them thousands of dollars just because he has it. I’ve played keyboards for Mr. Kelly in the studio on quite a few occasions & I’ve seen first hand what his family tries to do to him. No man is an island but to somehow try to link Kelly’s success to the choices his family members make is crazy. Kelly’s given his family thousands of dollars but he shouldn’t be expected to continue doing it when all they do is squander it on material things. My question is how much money is enough? Even if he gave them all a million dollars they’d be back looking for some more once they squandered it so no, R. Kelly can only do so much & should not be expected to continue to be held responsible for the actions of his nephew’s, brother, sister, or any other family member. Life is about choices & no man, woman, or child is responsible for the actions of another.
When famous folks have family members who (allegedly) commit a crime then of course its’ news worthy. Dirt is to be dug up & turned over, lol. Same when people with fame & money have relatives who may be doing crime & illegal acts that draw attention when they got they own drama as it is. Not suprise because when others see all the money, fame, power and feel its not being shared then they get the mentallity that “they got to get their own”., by any means.
