Rev. Jesse Jackson Hospitalized

September 5th, 2008

The Rev. Jesse Jackson, who checked into Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital Wednesday after suffering serious stomach pains, remains hospitalized while undergoing tests. According to doctors, preliminary tests reveal the civil rights leader has viral gastroenteritis, reports the Associated Press. Jackson, age 66, is not sure when he will be released.  He fell ill earlier this week while registering voters in  Georgia, causing him to return home and seek treatment.

We do wish Mr. Jackson well and hope he will honor the word of God and take “reverend” away …..why? Because the Bible states “Reverend and Holy is HIS name…….God is reverend and man is not…..EVER!!!!

So get well, do what God says and all will be well!

Kimmie said on September 6th, 2008

we all should watch what we do and say. This is a clear sign that what we do and say will come back full circle. I dont want anything wrong to happen to Jessie but I do one thing is for sure that what you put out into the universe comes back to you. Jessie dogged Obama out and for no reason. Be careful people, be kind all of the days of your lives, and remember the sins associated with your tongues…

Kimmie:

How very IGNORANT and DISRESPECTFUL of you! To assume that his illness is linked to some blown-out-of-proportion and context tactic fueled by the media!

Do be certain to take heed to YOUR OWN statement and/or “advice”! Truly amazing, as if you are a messenger for the honorable and most high!

Tmac said on September 6th, 2008

Many warm and heartfelt wishes for a SPEEDY and FULL RECOVERY Rev. Jackson! Our local and global communities are grateful for the numerous services and efforts that you have bestowed for the betterment of mankind and society in general. God Bless always!

JESSIE JACKSON, made. let’s take heed people, and let’s not beat up on REV. JESSIE JACKSON, and let’s PRAY FOR HIM.

I pray that Jesse has a speedy recovery and I wish him nothing but the best.

PS. Remember black people, that Jesse is one of our great leaders and that he has been in the struggle long before many of our new leaders such as the next black President Barack Obama. So let’s show our respect and support for this black man!

My Respect, Love and Heart goes out one of our greatest leaders of this century. Before I was born (1968) rhis man and many others made it possible for us to have many freedoms, that we have today. Anyone who speaks of this should have a great reverence for him, speak well of him and have LOVE in there heart for him through his sickness and health. Do you really know what this man stands for? don’t be foled by the media hype this man walked and talked with Martin Luther king and many other great leaders who are not here with us today. We need to read and listen to the stories of his pass and “KEEP HOPE ALIVE!” He is a human being and as humans we are not perfect. With all of these things being said wish one of our greasest leaders of the Civil Rights Era a speedy recovery, so hecan
get back to business as usual helping our Black community all over America to over come injustice and racism. My question to us all do we really know our history? Get well soon Mr. Jackson!,from the Richardson-Llody Family in Wisconsin, Lousiana,Atlanta.

Get well soon Mr. Jackson. Prayers to U and your family.

P.J. said on September 7th, 2008

I wish Jesse Jackson a speedy recovery, but only because I do not wish any ill on him.

As for all that the great things that he has done, that is a different matter. His lackies fail to realize has not done much for society as his lackies choose to believe.

Jesse Jackson has successfuly made a career out of racial division, along with selling out the civil rights movement to the baby butchers of Planned Parenthood’s abortion industry, the radical left (who don’t respect the traditional family values or our faith) along with the filthy perverts of the sexual misfits (who will stop at nothing to force the so-called “gay” agenda on us).

Jesse Jackson is all for himself. We don’t need to pick race-baiters for our leaders.

If Jesse Jackson would do what a real reverand should do, he would make this nation a better place. I doubt that would ever happen.

Get well and go away until you stop being a disgrace to the ministry.

Y.Richardson said on September 7th, 2008

No disrespect. But what did he do to you personally? You seem upset about something, lets talk?I am confused,i thought my postive outlook , inspiration and knowledge would help us be a peace with our past fighters who risked their lives for our equality in America,

yrichardson said on September 7th, 2008

You can email at yol.richardson@yahoo.com wirh your negative responses, because apparently you know something that I don’t know that should be brought to my attention. Even though i still feel this powerful political leader should be treated with much respect during his time of illness and be wished a Speedy Recovery. YRichardson

One other thing….. If you are going to attempt to admonish someone, at least try and do it using proper English and correct spelling. It seems to me that theses people have more on their minds than words spoken in a whisper picked up by a microphone in a TV studio. People in America seem to be angrier and more hostile since 9/11!

LaTonya Powell said on September 7th, 2008

Have a speedy recovery Rev. Jackson, God is with you! Love to your family.

THE ONLY RIGHT AND KIND THING TO SAY AND THINK IS FOR EVERYONE TO WISH HIM A SPEEDH RECOVERY. NOT TO BRING UP HIS PAST IN A TIME LIKE THIS. I WONDER WHAT SOMEONE WILL SAY IF YOU BECAME ILL, WILL THEY BRING UP YOUR PAST. THERE IS A TIME AND A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING. HUMAN KINDNESS AND HAVING THE GOD KIND OF HEART, MAKES US LOVE AND WISH EACH OTHER WELL. GET WELL MR JACKSON AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. THE REST IS UP TO GOD.
