Study Proves Link Between Drop-Out Rate, Crime

BET.com News reports a study that states one out of four black males who drop out of high school will be incarcerated or institutionalized at some point in their lives.
According to a study conducted on national high school dropout rates by Northeastern University.
In the past kids who dropped out could find low-wage work. However the combination of the recession combined with a lack of jobs often forces dropouts into criminal activity.
