Mr. T’s Snickers ad offends gays in Britain

The one-time nightclub bouncer-turned-pro wrestler and “A-Team” action series star is too manly for British TV. Mr. T’s new commercial promoting the Snickers candy bar has been pulled after it reportedly offended gays in the U.K. In the advertisement, T shoots Snickers bars at a speed walker, while yelling: “You are a disgrace to the man race. It’s time to run like a real man.” A leading gay rights group calls the “Get Some Nuts” ad homophobic. T pities the fool who says he discriminates.

Oscar-winning actress says paps went onto her property

Academy Award-winner Halle Berry ’s lawyer has filed a criminal complaint against California photographers who allegedly sneaked onto her property and took photos of the star holding her newborn in a garden. Berry reportedly was enraged when she saw the shots in two celebrity magazines, identified as having been taken when Berry was “out and about in Los Angeles .” Berry ’s attorney, Evan Spiegel, claims he has witnesses who saw the photographers conducting a “very blatant and invasive trespass.” An investigation is said to be underway.

Rumor mill cranks out word of Combs-Cassie nuptials

Word has it that the man whose newest reality show will soon debut on VH1 may soon have a new bride. Sean “Diddy” Combs is widely rumored to be planning a Jay-Z-Beyoncé move with his 21-year-old label recruit Cassie. Combs, 39, reportedly has given word of the pending wedding to his close friends. His new series, the “Apprentice”-style “I Want to Work for Diddy,” debuts Aug. 4.
