Rapper makes preliminary court appearance on drug charges.

Rapper Lil’ Wayne faces the possibility of hard prison time after making an appearance in court Tuesday on drug charges. Federal agents arrested Weezy in January as he and his crew were traveling through Arizona. The Dirty South rapper is accused of possessing nearly 200 grams of dope, including ecstasy and cocaine – enough to earn him the possibility of a trafficking conviction. After all, Wayne says he doesn’t use cocaine because it’s bad for his complexion. Weezy faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted.

Lil’ Wayne accused of not paying re-furbisher. A rapper is facing a six-figure lawsuit by a California man who says he wasn’t
paid for refurbishing the performer’s 1999 Bentley Arnage. Le Marck de Andre wants $123,800, plus $200 a day until his alleged debt is paid by Lil Wayne. The businessman tells the allhiphop.com Web site: “My direct observation and experience with Dwayne M. Carter’s financial and personal irresponsibility over the years has taught and demonstrated to me that he has become the new symbol of financial illiteracy and slavery in the 21st century. My prognostication is, unless and until he transforms his personal, business, and financial attitude and adopts new behaviors, these unfortunate behavioral components will equate to future lawsuits, defaults, repossessions, foreclosures, and the making of a great candidate for bankruptcy.”Anybody wanna translate for Lil Wayne?
