Mos Def gets sued. Mos Def’s divorce lawyers are suing him for allegedly failing to pay them $60,000 he owes them for their services, Star Pulse is reporting. Attorneys for the legal firm Blank Rome claim that the rapper never kicked them down for the fees and retainers after they assisted him in his divorce from Maria Yepes in 2006.

Mos Def faces music after alleged Vegas camera-snatching. Actor and rapper Mos Def is charged with felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property after allegedly taking a photographer’s equipment. A warrant has been issued for Mos, who is said to have snatched the man’s camera after saying he didn’t want his photo taken at a fashion event. The photographer, reports say, didn’t even know who the performer was when he snapped pics at the Men’s Apparel and Garment Industry Convention. Mos Def is accused of destroying the equipment and then leaving with it.
