This is a mistrial and the fact that the jusry went on what they thought he did in the past should be concerns for OJ and his attorneys as basis for an appeal. If any of the jury admitted to that as being a part of their decision, they should be penalized!!

I love how many on here so easily accuse others of racism. I think that is a big mistake since there are as many racist Blacks as any other race. Blacks are not the only victims of racism…especially in the crime ridden 21st century. Black on White crime is more prevalent than the opposite. Of course racial crime towards any race is horrendous.
Uncivilized mongrel?? If by uncivilized you mean highly educated entertainment attorney, then i guess i can agree with you. I am not racist…that is fact. I dislike criminals, and ignorant people. If these two qualities describe a WHOLE race, then i could be deemed a racist. READ my comments…they are usually targeted at criminals, or biased individuals…not a whole race.

I was going to comment on the story about the WV Black woman, but there were many posts that would have mirrored mine.
There are too many double standards within the Black community. There is so much hate written on here by African Americans, but it is hidden in as a response to racism. The term ‘redneck’ spoken with hate is just as bad as any other racial term…it’s all about the intention behind any word. If a Black comedian makes fun of any other race, it’s funny…but if a white comedian makes Black jokes, he/she’s a racist…COME ON.
SESCHRIS: I didn’t respond to the random study, because there are tens of other studies that say the exact opposite thing. I don’t trust studies, i trust numbers. The stats compiled by the Dept. of Justice are just that…a compilation. There is no subjectivity in it. The numbers on crime and young Black men are crazy…that’s why there is so much hatred between the police and Blacks…it’s because their lives are on the line constantly, and they have to use the odds to survive. They are more likely to be killed by a Black person, than a white/asian/indian person…that is just fact. So, they might use some racial profiling…so what??
You first said that Blacks are too smart to believe OJ is innocent…after you realized that is not true, you said you don’t care what anyone says. This is just an example of how you use denial. You now realize that many Black people actually believe OJ is innocent…pretty ridiculous, but it’s true.

The fact of the matter is the white man will never let it go and they knew how to get this black man… He is a fool and always will be. This was a setup from the get-go and you only have to look at the coincidences. He’s in Vegas for a wedding and the cats who got his memorabilia are in some hotel room and this other dude so happens to know where and he records the whole thing… Come on now. We all know he was set up because they knew exactly what he would do.
