Why can’t you as an attorney realize that your stats and numbers are biased against blacks? I know some attorneys personally white and black and they all generally realize that the “white privilege” concept is still in full effect. They actually try cases with black clients differently than they try cases with white clients. Can you guess why they do that? Did you miss that class in law school? Do you feel good about quoting LIES? Or are you really brainwashed to think that your justice dept numbers are true? Why do you refuse to understand that? Why run from the truth? Are you unable to comprehend that concept? Is there a blockage in your brain when it comes to blacks and reality? Is that due to your obvious hatred against blacks? History is exactly why blacks are treated as they are today. The treatment has not changed it’s just disguised as something else. And by the way…when they gave you that law degree…they gave out others as well…to black people…at law schools better than and worst than yours. Do you think that constantly repeating the same tired theory about blacks and violent crimes that you will convince blacks to change their behaviour or is this just your only anonymous outlet for your racism and disrespect of blacks. The only stories you seem most interested in are the ones where you can discuss your bogus stats and fake numbers about blacks and violent crimes. That speaks volumes as to your character or lack thereof. You never comment on Asian stories or where there is not opportunity to discuss blacks and crime. Don’t you think it’s twisted that that is all you care about. That shows that you don’t care about black people you just have an ax to grind with blacks. Also, I’ve seen you bring race and black violence into stories that were totally unrelated. You need some help for your obsession on black people UMlaw. I’m actually glad that you’re a lawyer and not and teacher because you can’t influence impressionable kids with your biased opinions. Lawyers such as you make other lawyers look real bad…but lying does come real easy to you. You already have preconceived notions about people you don’t know…I pity your black clients. What a shame to the law profession and an embarassment to your race!

Kelly: can you first comment on my total message i posted above regarding cops not necessarily being racist. Look, racial profiling, whether wrong or right, occurs BECAUSE Black men commit so much crime…really. My analogy would be the arabs getting targeted at airports…there is a reason why they pull over Blacks so much (odds). I’m not speaking negatively about all Blacks…JUST THE CRIMINALS. I’m an attorney, and it kills me with the crime that haunts the US. OF COURSE all races commit crime…SOME DO IT MORE THAN OTHERS. I am talking about the country i was born in, the US, not some other nation…crime in our country is all that i’m focused on.
And i don’t care what ‘they’ say about me, or my race. THERE ARE RACISTS EVERYWHERE…BLACK, WHITE, ASIAN, LATINO, ETC…oh yes, Blacks are racist too…i bet you have a bit of hatred against whites. Do i really need to study ‘your’ history to know what goes on today? I have numbers, and stats to back me up…while you have assumptions, and distrust. Those can’t help you in the court of law or public opinion.

David apparently you are BIGOT and to say “You People” need to protest his innocence, you really don’t care about that young man’s parents or his family. He should have is ass locked up with the rest of the convicts because at this point that is just what he is classified as. And you need to seek spirtiual help. To claim killing an unarmed man is a justice it is a disgraced. Put the shoe on the other foot., then see if you still feel the same way. You will never prosper with that funky attitude. Daniel has a great point…this cop was incompetent…BUT was he racist??? Who knows?? IF it were a mistake, he deserves jail time…if it were intentional, then he deserves to stay in prison till his death.
The main point in all of this is as follows: STOP GETTING INTO SITUATIONS WHERE THE COPS HAVE TO BE INVOLVED. They (cops) are human. In a majority of cases, this incompetency added with total FEAR equals mistakes. Since Black men are involved so much with crime, they are usually the ones being hurt by the police…it’s the percentages. If Asians were in as many bad situations, then they’d be the ones getting killed by cops the most. STAY OUT OF TROUBLE.

racism will never end, especially in the police departments of the united states. most of the white people in the world are prejudice against blacks, the only difference about this whole thing is that some white folks know how to hide their prejudices. REMEMBER, they will always fear what they dont understand and have hatred for what they cant conquer. reguardless of what the judge in the courtroom says, he will still have to answer to the ultimate judge. daniel, people die everyday, but, THE WAY this man died (handcuffed, while he laid face down with a bullet to the back by a white cop) is what makes this story a headliner.

Ur right, the skin color shouldn’t matter, but the trend of cops killing innocent people “by mistake” is becoming far to common… And when these so called “mistakes” happen, it usually involves a white cop and a minority victim. I know not all white cops act like this. I live in ATL and white cops have let me off the hook even when i didn’t deserve it…but the truth is that there are too many racist white people who have careers in law enforcement and the judicial system. just my opinion.
