Viewers, Web site owner share blame for Internet suicide. When Abraham Biggs broadcast his suicide on the Internet, he was among a group of teens seeking notoriety in death, experts say. Police found him dead in his father’s bed 12 hours after he told an Internet audience tuned into a bodybuilding Web site that he had planned to take his life. Biggs, 19, who had broadcast his suicide live from a bedroom in his Hollywood, Fla., home Wednesday, died of a combination of opiates and benzodiazepines, which he was prescribed for bipolar disorder, the medical examiner said. You know this is very sad snd very very pitiful that someone would sit there and urge someone on to take their own life. People can be so ignorant and say ignorant assinine things….his suicide could have been prevented. and yes mental illness is a prison in your own mind. No one understands unless they suffer from it. In most cases in African Americans mental illness is ignored, because it shows weakness or some kind of filthy or incontinence. but when it is ignored things like this happen. True other people’s influence shouldnt affect you but when you have mental illness you aren’t in your right mind anyway. You need positive support not negative support.

this is a tragic story i feel all whom was involved should pay the price for someones sons life.This world has become so heartless,or is it the people in this world, you tell me? LOVE LIVE LIFE
What a sad, sad story and those who encouraged this young man who was obviously mentally ill to do this should be ashamed of themselves. Why is there so much evil and hatred in this world? What happened to compassion, caring, love, peace, joy and understanding? I pray that this family will seek comfort in the Lord who will give them what they need to get through this.

Clint 08…that was cold! You have to admit that this is truly a tragedy…he was soo young and what about his parents. Someone should have alerted the authorities and maybe this could have been prevented. My prayers go out to his family and friends. Clint …it’s true GOD does not like ugly and we should not judge.

you are no better than the people who egged him on. Its sad that you are really this ignorant. Just because this young man was influenced does not mean his life should have ended. It must be great to sit up on your high horse, with you perfect little life. I wonder if this happened to one of your family members, would you be saying the same thing. and hopefully there would someone just as ignorant as you to leave you a comment like you left so you can see exactly how you ignorance hurts others.
O please how can you let a bunch of people you don’t know from A – Z influence you on what to do? Obviously this MAN had some issues which expended far beyond what a couple of bloggers had to say. He was truly mentally disturbed & he was ignored which was sad. Well not sad to me I could careless about this kid. I’m sorry if anyone gets offended well in fact I’m not sorry thats my opinion. But like I said good luck to the family of this boy & may they overcome this tragedy.
i think that is sad an di think that the people thet was around him should have tried to talk him out of doing that.because when someone wants to do that they should go to get help.

suicide is no joke even if he has done things like this beforer he should have and he could have been stopped, clearly it was his mental illness talking not him. The website the video came on should also be blamed, once they see something luike that it should be stopped and not ignored
