This request has been ignored by Barack Obama and his staff, even after it was ordered by the court. If he does not provide the document he will be in contempt of court. This has nothing to do with the color of his skin. Do I think the DNC would accept a bogus birth certificate? Good possibility. Another reason for the request is that his Grandmother in Kenya stated to a reporter that Obama was born in Kenya, she was at the hospital when he was born. Then he and his parents flew back to Hawaii when he was three days old. I am neither stupid or lacking a brain, dear, so be careful the next time you make a slanderous remark, the person may not be as nice, as I am. I have no problem with Obama being President. I have a problem with people who want to break laws, regardless which one it is. If he has the birth certificate, what is the big deal with providing it to the courts? Any American citizen has the right to request seeing this document, as he is an employee of the American people and not above the law. As for, why should he have to provide the document again, it’s never been provided.The swearing in will take place on Jan. 20th, not the 4th.

So my dear Lawyer friend and Jackie, I believe what you and Mr. Berg should be doing at this point in time is asking yourselves the question “What did the founding fathers had in mind when they stated in the constitution………..about the place of birth of the President, can it hold up in this time of globalization? lets look at Obama’s case he is 47 years old and to use your argument he spent 3 days at birth in Kenya and the rest of his life as an american citizen, did they want to bar such a citizen from running for the highest office? You I might guess spent at least 3 days of your life in some foreign country, should you be barred? should every american who travel out of the country be barred from being President? When those GUYS wrote that constitution the world was different, people did not travel and migrated that much the immigration and natrualization laws were what at that time.
Maybe you have a constitutional argument here.
What is the process/procedure for checking the birth place of the president elect, and candidates for the job has these procedures ever been followed before?
What is the statute of limitation on this? should we be asking for the notorised b/c of all the past presidents?
And what is the remedy you have in mind? should the election be re run? should the VP be promoted? should Mr Macain be appointed? Ms Palin should be sworn in? Or Hillary Clinton since she was eliminated by Mr Obama?

Dear Mr lawyer, Mr berg, Mr Keys, I must say that we all have a right to challenge legitimacy of the presidency.
You sir as a lawyer, I believe that you should ask yourself this question ” What did the founding fathers have in mind when they……say that the president should/must be born in the USA(citizen)??? How will this hold up in this time of globalization in our CHANGED world?

You my friend, i am sure spent a couple of days maybe 3 days in a foreign country outside of beautiful USA, should you be barred from holding the office of the president.
You probably has very good challenge for the constitution on this issue, when it was written what was immigration and natrualization laws like in those days. The state of transportation at this time has made it so easy for people to move, migrate, marry and really mix things up, was this the type of society the founding fathers envisioned????

As sad as this may sound, it was said during the campainge (when President elect Obama was campaigning against Hillary Clinton)that whites just expected that they would be placed into the position automatically and when they wake up to a dose of reality, they see that it was not automatic. Mr Obama presented himself very professionally and he was consistant throughout his campaigne.. a lot of what the repblicans did was played on that, “i am a true patriot crap”. many men served in the war, many men died, but all of this is not the prerequisite of obtaining the position as President of the United States. the prerequisite is appealing to the people with those tneeds that means most to them. Mr Obama did that so that is what earned him his position. And for all those who object, take a deep breath, relax, now accept it.

The world has change into a layer of total, ignorance,hatred,jeousey,.foolishness, have you to know some people can’t change, it’s not in them to accept what they been taught , from birth. You will see years of people dismantling, and accepting the time they lost distructing the system, then putting effort into joining and help to better the world, that is how some people are brought up.
