White Supremacist Not Ready for Court, Judge Says
June 16th, 2009A federal judge said Monday that the White supremacist accused of killing a guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum is physically unable to appear in court right now. The suspect, 88-year-old James von Brunn, was shot in the face after shooting to death 39-year-old museum security officer Stephen T. Johns. Brunn, who is in critical but stable condition, allegedly shot the African-American guard in the chest with a vintage rifle after Johns opened the door for him. U.S. Magistrate Judge John Facciola determined that an initial hearing with von Brunn, either at the courthouse or in his hospital room, would not be possible next week. “Obviously, he’s not able to get to court,” Facciola said after their discussion. He scheduled another hearing for next Monday to get an update. Brunn is expected to live.

not long ago after the holocaut man been killed ,they killed a other guard man in miami a black man that shame on all this craziness people .that make me throwing up .usa became the first rich countries with a violence out of control that suck.and usa is a wonderful countries but people live there some of them just be out of crime ,killing people for no raison.that sad and sham enough is enough…………black said loud i’am black but i’am proud .who you think you are white man to just killed innocent civiliens like that………..
To David and the rest of you like David you think that this is ok to do we’ll it’s not and this man old as he may be will spend the rest of his days in Jail and then die only to be judged by a higher power. You see this is something that all you David’s out there don’t understand it is bigger than anyone of you. Also, I want to make this point that we are all apart of a circle, we are all one so what happens to one will eventually happen to all. Maybe not my generation or even in the David’s out there generation, but in some place in time the decendant of this shot down blakc man will stand up and be heard and say that was back then now look how far we have come. Our people will continue to do good (those of us who want to) and succeed. And most of all pray for this 88 yr. old man and all of the David’s out there and it will all come to past the goodness for those who do right, love thy neighbor, and love the Lord. Amen Keep your heads up!!!
He has too get a fair trial before execution.Oh wait a minute at the age of 88 a five year sentence is a life sentence for him.
hatred is so powerful….now he’s got to heal and probably will have black nurses and doctors giving him his medicine….we need each other more than we realize…
