They have shown us time and time again that they are not concerned with the condition of our country as a whole (including the working class and the poor) the republicans only care about the condition of their pockets and that of their special interest groups. I would like to hear a Republican who is against President Obama’s Stimulus package explain the difference between 10 Trillion Dollars and 11 Trillion Dollars, besides it being one Trillion Dollars more. After interest, 11 Trillion Dollars (approximately) is what President Obama’s Stimulus Package will come to. My point is that towards the end of 2008, our National Deficit hit over 10 Trillion Dollars. This bill was primarily, if not entirely ran up up on Geogre W. Bush and his administration’s clock. I guess if you print money and print money to pay for “a war that never should have been waged”, this could happen. So 100s of millions of people(including our children, and grandchildren) paying down 11 Trillion Dollars over a couple of decades verses paying down 10 Trillion Dollars over a couple of decades is what the Republicans are trying to prevent? So what’s one more Trillion if it puts people back to work, keep them in their homes, etc etc?
