Kenya needs to prosecute adult men, probably old nasty relatives that are abusing and raping these girls. I’m pretty sure that a large majority of the children are not willingly having sex. This gives too broad of a view that these children are just hot in the pants. So why are they trying to ignore who they are having sex with or being raped,molested, and prostituted by.
