That oil is in Nigerian Country. Has any got an idea why there is a problem there? I can guess. That Country has as many poor people as any other

Our Government need to be on this like white on rice, you now have the rise of beheadings. Which could mean either you have the drug cartels copying terrorist actions, or you have terrorist starting to help the cartels and in return the cartels helping the terrorist.
