First of all how do you stop someone for driving without a license. How the hell did the cop know that he did not have DL”S. He had to have stopped him for another reason first, and found out that he did not have DL”S So my question now is why did he pull him over? I think he should do some time but not life and don’t try him as an adult. Sorry for the cop.

He was stopped for not having a license plate on the car. I think your asking to get stopped for that.

most of u people are wrong.. i know him and his family personally and the officer never said why he stopped him…. ther s no evidence in this case and they are trying to convict him in the eye of the public…. it is a very sad story , i just hope that the public gets a chance to hear the real story

As a person who has personally known Jonny, I know that he didn’t do it. I work with the law enforcement of Detroit. To be quite honest, no one, especially no kid would know how to unlock and release the pistol of an officer, because you have to take our guns out of the holsters in a specific way. Another fact you all may not have known was that the officer took him to an apartment complex where he actually didn’t know anybody. I drove past there, and it seems like a shady enough complex for someone to lure a victim. At first Jonny was wrong for driving without a license, but the officer was wrong for not taking him to his HOME (i know where his real home is and it’s nowhere near where the officer took him). The officer did not contact a parent or guardian. When has anyone ever seen a car get pulled over and only one squad car in the suburbs?!?! NEVER there is no absolute solid evidence to support his conviction…everything is purely hearsay and accusations. If Jonny never turned himself in, you all would be talking about another person, because that’s what the media does….they give you all BS to chew on whether they know it’s BS or not and he majority of you are ignorant to imply believe whatever you hear in the news and see on tv. Were you there? was anyone who’s currently talkin about it present at the time? All the people that were not there (all of you) need to sit down, because there’s been some speculation that it may have been another officer or another resident of that apartment complex. The ONLY reason Jonny is in custody is because he was the last person radioed in by the officer so he turned himself in to say that he didnt do it but nobody wanna hear it….AMERICA PLEASE STOP WITH ALL THE IGNORANCE!!!!
