Barry “Obama” is NOT an African; get your facts straight
Every once in awhile I take the time and trouble to address a newspaper reporter about inaccurate facts appearing in her or his story. I do not know why I bother, since inevitably the reporter will not admit she or he has made mistakes, and much less will she or he correct them. But somehow or other I feel I must continue to try.

So it was that I wrote to Carla Marinucci, political writer of the San Francisco Chronicle, to inform her that the so-called “Barack Obama” is not an African-American, as he was identified in her front-page story. She wrote back to me: “his father is African, he is African.” The ignorance entailed in that “explanation” overwhelms me. Hence, I am passing on information that I hope, understanding that my hope is quixotic, will make her and other members of the media understand why it is not only inaccurate, but also false and fraudulent, to call Barry (”Barack”) “Obama” an “African-American.”

The Birth of Barry (”Barack”) “Obama”

The politician who now calls himself “Barack Obama” was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father, Barack Obama, was a Kenyan of dark brown skin color. His mother, Ann Durham, a white woman, was born in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of caucasian English parentage.

Ann named her son “Barry.” I am still in the process of inquiring as to how the name of the politician now called “Barack Obama,” which is the name of his father and not his name, appeared on his birth certificate. I am also in the process of inquiring as to whether or not the politician now calling himself “Barack Obama” ever changed his name legally, or only began calling himself by that name so as to give himself an African-sounding name - and also, if he did change it legally, why it should not have been Barack Obama, Jr. I will inform the world of the answers when I am able to arrive at them conclusively.

Ann and Barack were not legally married. When they began having sexual relations in Honolulu, Barack was still legally married to a Kenyan woman named Kezia, who bore Barack two children. Those two children, as well as other members of the family and Africans in general, have rejected the identification of the politician calling himself “Barack Obama” as either African or African-American.

After two years, Barack left Ann and their son to study at Harvard University, and from there he returned to Africa with a third “wife,” Ruth, without having obtained a divorce from either Kezia or Ann. Based on the information I have so far, which I will consider as hearsay until I can confirm it, the children of that additional alleged “marriage” have rejected the notion that Barry can be construed as either an African or an African-American.

Barry as an atheist, not a Christian

Ann was an atheist. It would be wrong, however, to conclude that Barry is an atheist because Ann brought him up that way. When he was six years old, Ann took him with her and her new “husband,” Lolo Soetoro, back to Lolo’s native land, Indonesia, after the dictator Suharto summoned all who could be construed as former citizens to return to that country. It was there that Ann began calling Barry “Berry,” according to her friend Julia Suryakusuma, in order to provide an Indonesian tilt to the name. At this time I am still inquiring as to whether or not Lolo adopted Barry/Berry and/or as the result he became Barry or Berry Soetoro.

When Barry was ten years old, Ann returned to Hawaii with him, and then abandoned him. At this time I do not know why. I only know that Barry was raised by his white English grandparents. Whether or not they raised him as a Christian or an atheist, I do not know at this time. Barry, aka “Barack,” claims to have studied at a Christian school and to have adopted the Christian religion. (The report that he studied at an Islamic school turns out to have been false.) He is not, however, a Christian by any definition of that term. He does not believe in the fundamental stories and precepts contained in the Judaeo-Christian bible. He understands that if he did, he would be considered a lunatic. He professes to be a Christian for the same reason that the other 477 members (out of 535) in the U.S. Congress claim to Christians: it is so that they can pass the litmus test, now prevalent in most localities of the U.S., necessary to be elected.

The real Barack Obama was killed in an automobile accident in Kenya in 1982. After he left Ann, the fake Obama saw him only once in his life.

Nor did the fake Obama ever take up residency or citizenship in any African country, without which it is factually impossible for him to be an “African-American” even on a nationality basis. Much less can he truthfully, honestly, factually profess to be a “black” or an “African-American” on any so-called “racial” basis.

It is really inspirational. It tells us black folk not to vote against Obama because we’re afraid of disappointment, of hoping and then not having it come true. I think that’s what many African Americans are scared of.

For American Blacks to forefeit the opportunity to have a bright, competant and willing Black man as the Commander in Chief and Leader of the free world is scandalous, even pathetic. We as Black voters are capable of doing it. The power lies with the voters and many White Americans are foregoing their exclusive allegiences to White candidates in favor of a change that I’m sure for many is taking a great leap of faith. Why can’t we do the same? Why do we have to be the ones to question it like it’s a luxury that comes often in life?

I am appauled, disappointed and indignant with Bob Johnsons vitriolic remarks and ABJECT COWARDICE to even admit to what was quite apparent to anyone with common sense. That he inaccurately accused Senator Obama of implying that Black supporters of the Clintons were “stupid,” then give valed a reference to something Obama was ‘doing in the neighborhood’ that he, for some strange reason would not repeat, ‘but it’s in the book’ he said, only to then lie about what he inferred, as if saying Obama as a community activist was some secret unworthy of mention, is a prime example of hypocracy 101.

Even if one gave his explanation the benefit of the doubt it is still very strange that he would regard Barack Obama’s communtiy activism as “less than” what the Clinton’s were doing at same time.

I hope the endorsements of Congressman Al Wynn, Maryland lawmaker Rep. Elijah Cummings, and doubtless others Congressional Black Caucus member, to which Mr. Johnson has strong ties and fiancial investment, sticks in his racial instigating crawl.
Instead of simply supporting Senator Clinton he didn’t have the wherewithall to be civil and use the decorum befitting a leader to not take low rated jabs at Senator Barack Obama. I’m filled with repugnance for the billionaire whose convinced me that his lying words aren’t worth a dime.

Thank you, Al Wynn. I sincerely hope that some true leaders come out in the press and denounce Robert Johnson’s statements. The man needs to be held accountable for his shameless attack on Obama, both in the press and in the community.

It’s interesting, this endorsement, since he endorsed Edwards last time. This is probably more for show than anything else. If he endorsed Clinton at this point it would likely be enough to sink his campaign. And trust…it needs to be sunk. Wynn’s a lot of things, but stupid isn’t one of them. He will do and say whatever to keep his seat. If you’re in the 4th Cong. District, you have the opportunity to vote for a leader and who will strongly represent her district.
