Hello,
This is Chantelle and I have a very interesting story. My sister previously got her hair done and it didn’t come out the way she wanted it to so the Director Stylist (Busta Berkley) charged her $128 just to get a texturizer. But, then he told my sister to come back in 3-4 weeks so we did and he told her that she was going to get charged half price for it , because the original price for the Clarifying treatment was $15 . My sister was fine with that and she didn’t mind but then she payed $37 over charged. He then spoke to her and asked her to come back and get the texturizer redone and we agreed that she was not going to charged for anything. So we called 1 week before the actual appointment. Then we went i yesterday to get my sister’s hair retexturized free off charge because that is what we all agreed on. So we went in yesterday to get her hair done and when she came out her hair was straight which was the opposite affect of what my sister wanted. So then he started to cut her hair and style it and do all these other things that she did not ask for!! When he completed doing her hair he started telling my sisteer that he was going to charge her for the cut and style and the amount of time that it took to complete the hair-do. He charged her $97 almost $100 just to do her hair. My sister has spent about $364 just on simple hair cuts a.k.a trims. Its not fair. then he started telling me that I was being unreasonable and I (Chantelle) was the one who started to problem . He attempted to hit me the first time when I went in quietly to ask for the money. And then the second I brought my brother-in-law so that he could talk to Busta (Hair Stylist). And he threatened to hit a second time while his annoying, rude, and self-centered co-worker told me to shut-up. Then Busta walked passed me and raised his hand at me. And I told him to hit and this is what I said “HIT JUST HIT ME, AND SEE WHAT I’LL DO TO YOU!!!” my sister gets very defensive when it come to me her younger sister. Now this is going to the Courts.

In the New Hampshire primary, the Democratic candidates received far greater turnout than the Republicans, displaying the enthusiasm gap this election year. Results make it clear that Democrats have the momentum and enthusiasm on our side.

While Hillary Clinton battles Barack Obama on the campaign trail, a judge in Los Angeles is quietly preparing to set a trial date in a $17 million fraud suit that aims to expose an alleged culture of widespread corruption by the Clintons and the Democratic Party.
At the conclusion of a hearing tomorrow morning before California Superior Court Judge Aurelio N. Munoz, lawyers for Hollywood mogul Peter F. Paul will begin seeking sworn testimony from all three Clintons – Bill, Hillary and Chelsea – along with top Democratic Party leaders and A-list celebrities, including Barbra Streisand, John Travolta, Brad Pitt and Cher.
Paul’s team hopes for a trial in October. The Clintons’ longtime lawyer David Kendall, who will attend the hearing, has declined comment on the suit.
The Clintons have tried to dismiss the case, but the California Supreme Court, in 2004, upheld a lower-court decision to deny the motion.
(Story continues below)
Bill Clinton, according to the complaint, promised to promote Paul’s Internet entertainment company, Stan Lee Media, in exchange for stock, cash options and massive contributions to his wife’s 2000 Senate campaign. Paul contends he was directed by the Clintons and Democratic Party leaders to produce, pay for and then join them in lying about footing the bill for a Hollywood gala and fundraiser.
The Clintons’ legal counsel has denied the former president made any deal with Paul. But Paul attorney Colette Wilson told WND there are witnesses who say it was common knowledge at Stan Lee Media that Bill Clinton was preparing to be a rainmaker for the company after he left office.
Paul claims former Vice President Al Gore, former Democratic Party chairman Ed Rendell and Clinton presidential campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe also are among the people who can confirm Paul engaged in the deal.
Hillary Clinton with Peter and Andrea Paul (Courtesy Hillcap.org)
Paul claims Rendell directed various illegal contributions to the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign and failed to report to the Federal Election Commission more than $100,000 given for a Hollywood event for Gore’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee in 2000. McAuliffe, Paul says, counseled him in two separate meetings to become a major donor to Hillary Clinton to pave the way to hire her husband. Paul asserts top Clinton adviser Harold Ickes also directed him to give money to the Senate campaign but hid that fact in “perjured testimony” during the trial of campaign finance director David Rosen.
Rosen was acquitted in 2005 for filing false campaign reports that later were charged by the FEC to treasurer Andrew Grossman, who accepted responsibility in a conciliation agreement that fined the campaign 35,000. Paul points out the Rosen trial established his contention that he personally gave more than $1.2 million to Clinton’s campaign and that his contributions intentionally were hidden from the public and the Federal Election Commission.
Rosen, accused of concealing Paul’s in-kind contribution of more than $1 million, was acquitted, but Paul contends the Clinton staffer was a scapegoat. Paul points out chief Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson told the Washington Post he was aware of the donation, yet he never was called as a witness in the Rosen trial.
Paul contends his case will expose “the institutional culture of corruption embraced by the Clinton leadership of the Democratic Party,” which seeks to attain “unaccountable power for the Clintons at the expense of the rule of law and respect for the constitutional processes of government.”
The complaint asserts Clinton has filed four false reports to the FEC of Paul’s donations in an attempt to distance herself from him after a Washington Post story days after the August 2000 fundraiser reported his past felony convictions. Clinton then returned a check for $2,000, insisting it was the only money she had taken from Paul. But one month later, she demanded another $100,000, to be hidden in a state committee using untraceable securities.
“Why wouldn’t that cause someone to inquire?” Paul asked. “Especially since it was days after she said she wouldn’t take any more money from me.”
Paul has the support of a new grass-roots political action group that is helping garner the assistance of one of the nation’s top lawyers
Republican activist Rod Martin says his group plans to highlight Paul’s case as it launches an organization based on the business model of the left-wing MoveOn.org but rooted in the principles and political philosophy of former President Reagan.
Martin’s group also is assisting in Paul’s complaint to the FEC asserting that unless the agency sets aside the conciliation agreement and rescinds immunity granted the senator, it will “have aided and abetted in the commission” of a felony.
Paul’s case is the subject of a video documentary largely comprised of intimate “home movies” of Hillary Clinton and her Hollywood supporters captured by Paul during the period.

WASHINGTON –A longtime Clinton benefactor used corporate jets to fly the former president and Hillary Rodham Clinton on business, personal and campaign trips that a lawsuit brands as wasteful company spending.

• Breaking News Alerts
The supporter, Vinod Gupta, also secured contracts worth more than $3 million for Bill Clinton to provide consulting services to Gupta’s Nebraska-based company, infoUSA, from 2003 through 2008, according to the suit.
Since 2002, Gupta spent $900,000 flying the former president to international locations on presidential foundation business and flying Hillary Clinton, a Democratic senator from New York, to political events.
The suit, filed by infoUSA shareholders last year, claims those expenses as well as millions of others unrelated to the Clintons were a “serial misuse of corporate assets and resources.” The Clintons are not a party to the suit.
Details of the suit were first reported in February by The Deal, a business publication. Accounts also appeared in Saturday’s New York Times and Washington Post.
The suit names only a “former high-ranking official” and his wife. But campaign aides and company officials confirmed for the publications that the reference is to the Clintons.
Messages left Saturday with lawyers for infoUSA and for Dolphin Limited Partnership, a hedge fund that brought the suit, were not immediately returned Saturday. Stamford, Conn.-based Dolphin owns 3.6 percent of infoUSA stock.
“All flights were reimbursed and disclosed in accordance with the prevailing FEC (Federal Election Commission) and Senate ethics rules,” said Phil Singer, a spokesman for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
A message left for the former president’s spokesman was not immediately returned Saturday.
The suit offers a glimpse into the personal and political relationships between the Clintons and a contributor who was willing to spend more than $145,000 to fly himself and the Clintons to Acapulco, Mexico, on a vacation in 2002.
Gupta has been a major donor to Democrats over the years and especially prominent as a Clinton fundraiser. He was rewarded with a night in the White House’s Lincoln bedroom during Clinton’s presidency. He also donated at least $1 million to Bill Clinton’s presidential library in Little Rock., Ark.
According to FEC records, Gupta-controlled entities provided jets for Hillary Clinton at least seven times since 2002. Clinton’s campaigns or other political committees paid the equivalent of first-class air fare for those trips, a fee required by law but a significant discount compared with the actual cost of charter jet service.
It is unclear whether Gupta provided jets for Hillary Clinton during her presidential campaign.
Aides to Clinton have said she paid approximately $450,000 for flights during the first three months of her campaign and that she paid full charter fare. Those expenses will not be detailed until her next financial report, which must be filed on July 15.
Gupta also has donated $19,500 to her Senate campaign, presidential campaign and her political action committee since 2001, according to FEC records.
Before suing, Dolphin had tried unsuccessfully to place three directors on the infoUSA board.
Both in its suit and in its quest to alter the board, Dolphin has maintained that Gupta squandered company money not only on the Clintons but on a stadium skybox and on a private yacht with an all-female crew.
In documents Gupta has defended his spending, noting he paid for the skybox at the University of Nebraska’s stadium out of his own pocket and then transferred it to infoUSA.
In a letter to directors in 2005 he argued that the boat and the skybox are used to entertain large customers and top performing employees.
InfoUSA is a marketing information company that provides electronic, print and data processing services to its clients.
The company has come under scrutiny not only for Gupta’s spending habits. The Times reported last week that customer data sold by the company had been used by thieves to bilk older people. The company said it would take steps to assure such a sale would not occur again.
Fortunaly for me, I shave my hair. I hate barbers as they never did what told them to do. Even as a child, my mum would holler at them to do what she wants and not what they think I want. AS an adult, I get too angry to remonstrate so I did the sensible thing. I went bald:)
Now, I save myself loads of money shaving and more importantly, i dont have to be subjected to an unwanted hair cut by some idiot barber.
