Is Yao Ming’s NBA Career Over?

That collective moan you heard today came from Houston.
Not because it’s 105 degrees but for the fact that Yao Ming’s NBA career could be over.
According to a report by Yahoo Sports, Ming is expected to miss the entire NBA season next year and there is a chance his career will be cut short due to a foot injury.
Ming re-fractured his navicular bone in the 2009 NBA Playoffs after having three pins inserted a year ago.
Yao’s foot is not healing and it shouldn’t come as a surprise considering his 7-foot-6 frame.
With Ming out and Tracy McGrady the ultimate stiff, the Rockets are going to experience a crash landing in the Western Conference standings next season.
