BET is a racist organization that pretends to be a voice for the black community. Really it is a forum for curious whites, Asians, Africans, and others, etc… to peek into the minds of blacks responding and venting to BET’s always racially charged illiterate articles. Unfortunately, those curious onlookers leave this site believing that the posters here represent the black community. That is far from the truth. This forum represents a lot of things but not the black community. While there are some real posts…there are many posts from people whose only purpose is to spew racial insults. Sometimes posters are using other posters names in an effort to create more drama. Sometimes posters are pretending to be a certain race to incite arguments and more drama. Some posters are just bored and want to hide behind their computers and insult black America. The black community comes in all shapes, sizes, and intellects…therefore BET could never incorporate even a real representative sample of the black community because some blacks would never stoop so low as to engage in discussion with some of the poorly written, racially biased, emotionally charged articles posted on this website and called “NEWS”.

It’s best not to take a breathalyzer in a DUI situation. If you know your blood level is over the limit you will ruin your chances in court to get off on just a reckless driving charge.If you refuse to take the test you will get arrested. If you take the test and fail you will be arrested. A good lawyer,a little cash and 10-20 hours of community service before your DUI court date will get you off. Trust me. Non-blacks have been doing this for years. Black people need to learn the loop holes in the law.

ATLROCKSTAR-agreed. That is what I did. Unfortunately, I was pulled over for drinking and driving some years ago and did not take the test at the scene. I knew that I was twisted and would go to jail anyway. For refusing, I was taken to to station. Eventually, I had to take the test, but it was significantly lower than what it would have been at the scene (smart thing to do). With a good lawyer, I got off with a reckless driving charge-and a HUGE lesson learned…NO MORE DRINKING AND DRIVING!

I am so sick of these freaken “money bags” acting like they do not have the sense God gave them. You are young and Black. You know that the cops are just looking for the slightest to pull them over. Yet, they still go out there and pull the “stuck on stupid” card and drive drunk, driving with no I.D., riding or driving with drugs. What in the Hell are you guys thinking. Nothing I guess, seeing you continue to the crap.
