Josh Howard Likes To Blaze The Sticky Icky

Dallas Mavericks forward Josh Howard clearly didn’t pass Media Training 101 while at Wake Forest.
With his Mavericks down 2-0 to New Orleans, Howard appeared on Michael Irvin’s radio show and admitted to smoking marijuana in the offseason.
“… Most of the players in the league use marijuana and I have and do partake in smoking weed in the offseason sometimes and that’s my personal choice and my personal opinion. But I don’t think that’s stopping me from doing my job.”
NBA players smoke weed?
I’m stunned.
Has someone put a urine cup in front of Howard to see if he’s been smoking in this series?
He’s shooting only 26.5 percent from the field, nearly 20 points below his season average of 45.5 percent.
The only surprise to this story is why Howard would openly discuss his toking ways during the middle of the playoffs.
Bad enough Dallas already has the label of being a “soft” team because of the soft German in Dirk Nowitzki, but now you can add “potheads” to the list.
Josh, get your rolling paper and call your local dealer.
Two more losses and you can blaze all summer long.
The media needs to leave Josh Howard and my Dallas Mavericks alone. Even though he’s stupid for saying something about it, that’s still something that he does in his personal life. I don’t agree with him smoking weed because it’s both stupid and illegal, but it’s his decision, as long as he doesn’t get caught and as long as it doesn’t affect his performance during the season. Black athletes need to learn to keep their personal business to themselves because the media will expose them as compared to the white athletes, especially in Dallas. There are no friends in Hollywood or the business world!!!
Wow this is pretty hilarious. He stated that most atheletes in the NBA burn it down. Hmmm… if you go to any major pro sport such as the NBA, NFL, most of those players smoke weed. Whats the big deal, obviously it isn’t affecting their wallets too bad
