Kevin Garnett To Miss NBA Playoffs?

The Big Ticket just got cashed out for the rest of the season.
Boston Celtics head coach Doc Rivers announced on Thursday that Kevin Garnett will not be ready for the start of the playoffs this weekend and could miss the entire postseason due to a lingering knee injury.
Garnett injured his knee back on Feb. 19 and has missed time ever since except for a four-game stretch where the Big Ticket returned.
Without KG, Boston should have no problem getting past the Chicago Bulls in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs, but a possible 2nd round matchup with the Orlando Magic and Dwight Howard could spell trouble.
Of course you shouldn’t put anything past the Celtics when it comes to injuries during the playoffs.
How can we forget Paul Pierce and his acting job last year during Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
The Cleveland LeBron’s can start packing their bags for Los Angeles as we speak.

Naw Naw, when it comes to winning championships, money has nothing to do with it. It has been many of players that stayed in the league longer than their skills should have allowed them to,,,, chasin that RING!! It would b good to c him in the second or 3rd round!!
My whole reason for watching the playoffs was because of KG. I’m so disappointed but hopeful at the same time the good will prevail in this situation whatever that may be cause I still want to see my green team succeed.

I’m so sorry to hear tht Kevin Garnett is out for the beginning of the playoffs he is the reason why basketball is interesting to me, especially when he, Paul P, and Ray Allen got their game together. Kevin I hope you recup enough to get in at some point of the playoffs
Damn to bad for boston cause without my boy KG, they are’nt a good team, and the way derrick rose piped they ass today, i say chicago in 6. As for cleveland, I really wish everyone would quit dickriding Lebron. He’s a good player, but he ain’t great, not yet. Until he gets a ring, in my opinon he ain’t done #%$*, and if ppl keep gasing him up he ain’t gon get #%$*. All he did was come into the league when the east coast was weak, other my Pistons and the heat nobody else in the east been doing #%$*. He gets too much credit, what he did do though is get to the finals 2yrs ago just to get his lil ass spanked by san antonio, everybody forgets that though. If they do make it to the finals, cause “they ” will cheat 2 get him there, my boy Kobe gon handle that, Lakers all day!!
I love KG with all my heart and its so hard to not see him playing. Getting this injury could not have come at a worse time, but I know KG, through some miracle he will be back in no time, better than ever.

I’m a big fan of KG and i was said when he got hurt, but i did’t give up on the rest of the team because the way i see if one player gets hurt then its just time for the rest of the team to step up there game and they did that. Its was at some point i wish the big ticket was there to lead them to victory, but it will be okay because they will be back next year and they will win the whole thing. i’m KG biggest fan
