Marion Jones Released From Prison

Marion Jones was released from prison on Friday morning in San Antonio after serving a six-month sentence for her little white lie to federal prosecutors about her use of steroids.
Jones took a banned substance, tetrahydrogestrinone (THG), known as “the clear,” before the 2000 Olympics in Sydney and later lied to federal prosecutors about her usage.
Thanks to athletes like Jones, who cheated by using performance enhancing drugs, the track & field community is left to question any athlete that has great success in the sport.
Jones, 32, now faces the challenge of trying to rebuild her life after she was stripped of her Olympic medals and wiped from the record books.
Good luck with that, Marion.

If Marion Jones had any sense, she would do like white crimal athletes do and capitalize on her experiences, give interviews or write a book, lecture young people on the correct way to compete in athletics. This isn’t the time for her to sit down and cry, get up, reclalim your life and go on! She isn’t the first one that has fallen and won’t be the last. Life goes on in the big city and the small one also!
I agree with Marge Temple, Marion might as well use this to her advantage, I’m sure already she has Book deals on the table, copyright infringement deals for using her image for a mini-movie, motivational tours, etc……Show us they can’t keep a Strong Young Black Woman down Marion!!!!!!
I am so happy to know that Marion Jones is out..I was sadden about these events and felt her remorse for the circumstances and yet I know she will turn this sistuation around and make a postive out of a negative…As with many altheletes they just get “caught up” and I agree that this issue need to be brought to the forefront for other althelets of all ethnicities…especially minorities. Much and many blessing to the Jones family and remember to press forward with a vengenance….
hey people are really bad i am really sorry for here she looks so sweet
Marion Jones has competed at levels that most of us can only imagine. She understands the concept of working diligently to achieve targeted goals and objectives. She will simply become a winner with an interesting story to tell. As for luck…that’s for people like the writer of the associated article.
I was so disappointed that she had gotten herself into this mess. I was so proud of her and her accomplishments and I still am. I wish her much luck and success.

GO THERE!!!
She the only one who has went to jail, When the Eruopean on two s wheel was qustion it was forgot.
God, forgives everyone if they put there faith in him. For those people that slam her, think about it we have all cheated to some degree. Yes, this was not her best choice. But, everyone is in the eye of the lord. Let’s all ask the Lord for forgivenes. I know this was a area of some of the runners of the world and she denied her wrong doing. But, we all know there were lots more, so lets let it go.
What a pity, she is a great woman, support her.
many supporters talked about this on a tall people site http://Tallmingle.com ,seems it is a break news there.
